Clinical Study Of Tongduchubifang In Treatment Of Axial Spinal Arthritis

Project:This paper provides a new method for the treatment of axSpA by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.By the clinical research on the application of axSpA in the treatment of external application of Tong Du Chu Bi Fang can we get it.Method:The patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups had general exercise therapy and Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets 60 mg tid?sulfasalazine 0.25 g tid,a week in increments of 0.25 g until 1.0g bid;Zhengqingfengtongning Tablets 60 mg tid.For the treatment group,we use Tongdu Chubi decoction.Choose the spine and 1.5 cun lateral to the spine.Put the medicine mud on the Operating position and fixed with gauze,tape.From 18 p.m to 6 a.m the next morning,for 4 weeks.At the second week? fourth week and the twelfth week were analyzed by ASAS20,ASAS40 and BASDAI50 evaluation criteria and efficacy of TCM syndromes.The score of TCM syndrome,BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI,spinal pain score,night pain score,patient general assessment(PGA)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),CRP and other indicators were evaluated.The results of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed with statistical software.Results:The general data of two groups before treatment,BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI,spinal pain score,night pain score,PGA,ESR?CRP and other indicators were not statistically significant(P > 0.05);At the 2ed week of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,PGA,night pain score and BASDAI,BASFI treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome integral comparison,PGA,TCM syndrome,spinal pain,night pain score and BASDAI,BASFI,ESR,CRP,ASAS40,BASDAI50 standard rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the 12 week of treatment,the treatment group and the control group ESR is different,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the other indicators of the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)Conclusion:The external application of Tongduchubi decoction can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with axSpA,accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients,the application of the treatment of axSpA is safe and effective.It suitable for clinical promotion.
