Study On Compatibility Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Big Data Mind

The compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine is an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine.It is very important for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine.In this thesis,the use of big data thinking in the overall thinking,fault tolerant thinking,related thinking,analysis of clinical Chinese medicine prescription drugs,to find out the hidden relationship between drugs,drugs and disease.In view of the above problems,the author analyzes from three aspects.1.Based on the association rules of Apriori algorithm,all the prescriptions are calculated.The number of drugs involved in the cleaning is numbered;Then using the Python programming,in a number of settings support and confidence,find out the rules between drugs.2.In this thesis,we explore the relationship between the drug and the disease in the other side,this paper uses Scala programming.Hadoop+Spark has been set up in the cluster,and calling the Spark MLlib toolkit in the programming,setting the parameters of the program.the authors can conclude that there is an implicit link between the different conditions and the drug,but the relationship is not strong;In a cluster of drugs,there will be similar drugs exist,you can determine the part of the relationship between drugs which work together,or mutual-assistance;In a cluster,there is a positive relationship between monarch drug in a prescription and a variety of drugs.However,when the dose reaches a certain threshold,the use of drugs is reduced.3.The study of compatibility of Chinese medicine,the author analyzed the doctorpatient relationship based on traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,to put forward the perspective of the possibility that the observed income from the perspective of drug compatibility conditions.The establishment of Chinese Medicine-disease predictive model,in this model analysis from the perspective of drugs to observe the possibility of illness.Therefore,the author analyzed the doctor-patient relationship based on traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,put forward the perspective of the possibility that the observed income from the perspective of drug compatibility conditions.From the results,we can analyze the feasibility of the model,but the prediction accuracy is low,and a large number of clinical prescription data support.The analysis of the relationship between drug and drug,the relationship between drugs and disease,and the establishment of Chinese Medicine-Disease predictive model,In this paper is to use compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine point of view for a complex relationship with different treatment for different diseases,Chinese medicine,disease analysis,having a good reflection.
