| The Liujing Toutong tablets is the development of Tianjin ZHONGXIN PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP limited by share ltd longshunrong pharmaceutical factory of two national medicine to protect species.It is composed of nine herbal medicines,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Angelicae Dahuricae Radix,Pueraria Lobata Radix,Ligustici Rhizoma Et Radix,Magnoliae Flos,Asari Radix Et Rhizoma,Ligustri Lucidi Fructus,Leonuri Fructus and Schizonepeta spike oil,with the functions of Shufeng Huoluo and Zhitong Liqiao,and it is suitable for cold headache,headache caused by rhinitis,migraine and nervous headache.Its quality standards are contained in the ministry of health standards "Chinese medicine into prescription" Twentieth(standard number WS3-B-3775-98),the current standard only provides for routine inspection items and the general rules of the tablet.At present,the research about Liujing Toutong tablets is limited to chemical composition analysis,the establishment of fingerprints of the single herbs and the determination of the content of the single component contained in Liujing Toutong tablets.However,the Liujing Toutong tablets material basis is not clear,the quality control research less,makes the safety and effectiveness of this product is difficult to guarantee.According to this,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:1.Identification of absorbed components and their metabolites in rat plasma after oral administration of Liujing Toutong tablets:In this study,HPLC-Q/TOF-MS was used as to analyze the ingredients of LiuJing TouTong in rat plasma after oral administration,46 transitional components were identified based on their total ion chromatogram,extraction chromatogram,spectrum information and the literature,which include 24 absorption prototype components and 22 metabolites.In addition,24 absorption prototype components consist of 10 isoflavone components,9 phenylpropanoids components(6 coumarin components,2 lignans components,1 phenylpropionic-acid component),2 phthalide components,1 iridoid-glycoside component,1 phenethyl-alcohol-glycoside components and 1 other component.Furthermore,22 metabolites are derived from puerarin,ferulic acid,daidzein,3?-methoxy puerarin,genistein and formononetin,this study provide the basis for pharmacodynamic material of Liujing Toutong tablets.2.Fingerprint study of Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Ligustici Rhizoma Et Radix: HPLC fingerprint evaluation system of the two herbs were established and the respective reference fingerprint common model was established by cluster analysis,PCA and similarity evaluation system.3.Simultaneous determination of multicomponents: To establish an RP-HPLC multi-wavelength method for determination of the contents of 3'-hydroxy puerarin,puerarin,daidzin,nuezhenide and daidzein in Liujing Toutong tablets simultaneously.The measurement index of this method is based on blood transitional components of the research results and the content of each component in the whole prescription,established quantitative control standard to characterize the efficacy of Liujing Toutong tablets,and this method has high sensitivity,simple operation and reliable results for Liujing Toutong tablets was established a quality control method for the comprehensive and effective.In summary,this is the first study of the Liujing Toutong tablets on rat blood transitional components analysis,provides a basis for the study of material basis for the efficacy of Liujing Toutong tablets;and based on the above research results,to establish a method for determination of content of components of this product,realize the simultaneous determination of different absorption wavelength determination indexes through wavelength switching,and quality standard of Liujing Toutong tablets would have a comprehensive upgrade. |
