Objective:To explore the association between Parental and children's environmental factors exposure and childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia,so as to find out the risk factors related to the incidence of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and to provide scientific basis for exploring the pathogenesis of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods:Design the questionnaire including the possible environmental factors related to the incidence of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Then select a total of 179 children with ALL as the case in Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Hematonosis Hospital. At the same time, select 136 normal children as control according to age, gender, place of residence and some other matching conditions to begin the case-control study. The data were analyzed using the chi square test Mann-Whitney,U test and one-way analysis of unconditional logistic regression and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis. At last, the diagnosis of the model is analyzed.Results:1.Maternal exposure to secondhand smoke and maternal abortion were the risk factors of childhood ALL(OR=2.100,95%CI:1.290~3.550;OR=2.170,95%CI:1.290~3.640),the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Father's exposure to secondhand smoke were the risk factors of childhood ALL(OR=2.760,95%CI:1.349~5.640),the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Children's exposure to paint and other decorative compounds, partial eclipse habits, home decoration were the risk factors of childhood ALL(OR=2.229,95%CI:1.070~4.640;OR=5.220,95%CI:3.180~8.600;OR=2.630,95%CI:1.280~5.430),the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Multi factor comprehensive analysis showed that maternal exposure to secondhand smoke(OR=2.089,95%CI:1.190~3.670),maternal abortion(OR= 2.575,95%CI:1.440~4.588),children's gender(OR=1.761,95%CI:1.023~3.031),children's exposure to paint and other decorative compounds(OR=2.300,95%CI:1.070~4.950),partial eclipse habits(OR= 5.370,95%CI:3.180~9.040),contact CT.X light radiation factors(OR=2.143,95%CI:1.172~3.920)and home decoration(OR=2.896,95%CI:1.376~6.129)were the risk factors of childhood ALL,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The attributable risk analysis showed that the PAR of maternal exposure to secondhand smoke, children's gender, maternal abortion, children's exposure to paint and other decorative compounds, partial eclipse habits, contact CT.X light radiation factors and home decoration were 40.72%,10.10%,25.19%,11.69% 57.10%,10.60%,and 14.59% respectively.6.The reliability analysis of the questionnaire showed that the results of Cronbach's coefficient,Spearman-Brown coefficient,Guttman Split-Half coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient were greater than 0.7,which indicated that the reliability of the questionnaire was preferable. Conclusion:The maternal exposure to secondhand smoke mother, maternal abortion, children's exposure to paint and other decorative compounds, partial eclipse habits, contact CT,X light radiation risk factors, children's home decoration exposure are likelythe risk factors of childhood ALL,other factors whether it is risk factors remains to be confirmed by further studies.
