Objective:To analyze the impact of lesions volume in patients with latent coronary heart disease on the diastolic function of myocardium by multiple lesions and single representing lesion volume. To explore the value of nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging and gated equilibrium blood pool imaging in occult coronary heart disease diagnosis. Methods: The object of this study selected 38 cases of patients with latent coronary heart disease and 23 patients with history of myocardial infarction. All these patients underwent radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging to observe radioactive change of left ventricular wall part, then the equilibrium gated blood pool imaging for quantitative analysis of myocardial function parameters, including peak shoot blood rate(PER),peak filling rate(PFR),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),peak filling time(TPFR)and ejection fraction(REF),ventricular wall shortening(RS).When the cardiac function parameters were analyzed, firstly, cmopared latent coronary heart disease group with myocardial infarction group, then in latent coronary heart disease group according to the single and multiple lesions group and then compared single lesion group with multiple group, using SPSS Statistics 19.0 statistical analysis software, statistical analysis method was a single Sample t test,P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results: Radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging showed that latent coronary heart disease group showed reversible radioactive defect, myocardial infarction group showed not reversible radioactive defect, namely fixed defect, the defect area is confined to the part of the chamber wall.Comparison of latent coronary heart disease group and myocardial infarction group, the heart function parameters of the gating method of imaging ventricular function, left ventricular ejection fraction, peak ejection rate and peak filling rate differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);comparison of multiple lesion group with single lesion group, left ventricular ejection fraction was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Latent coronary heart disease group and myocardial infarction group were reversible radioactive defect and fixed radiation defects on the myocardial blood flow perfusion scintigraphy, defect area was confined to the part of the chamber wall. Therefore, these two kinds of disease can be distinguished according to the results of radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging examination. The damage of latent coronary heart disease for myocardium was significantly lower than that of myocardial infarction, damage of latent coronary heart disease with multiple lesions for myocardial dysfunction higher than single group, namely the lesion volume have damage on the myocardial contractile function.
