| ObjectiveTo study the correlation between neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio, white blood cell, neutrophil, lymphocyte count and cardiac function parameters measured by gated myocardial perfusion imaging(G-MPI),in order to evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic value of blood routine parameters combined with G-MPI in acute coronary syndrome(ACS),so as to guide clinical practice.MethodsThirty-six patients with acute coronary syndrome which diagnosed clinically in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study, including 18 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UA)and 18 cases of myocardial infarction(MI).The patients’ basic data were collected, including age, sex, smoking history, drinking history, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes history. At admission, peripheral venous blood was collected to detect white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil(N)and lymphocyte(L)counts and other biochemical indicators, and one or more routine examinations such as echocardiography(UCG),electrocardiogram(ECG)and so on were completed,UCG was performed in at least 24 patients..Resting G-MPI was performed in all patients.Left ventricular end diastolic volume(EDV),end systolic volume(ESV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were measured and recorded. And quantitative perfusion quality defect percentage(MDP)and total resting perfusion score(SRS)were calculated and obtained. With 10 as the dividing line,MDP was divided into two groups(high MDP group and low MDP group).Results1.The NLR,WBC and N values of peripheral blood in the MI group were higher than those in the UA group. There were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.01).The L values in the MI group were lower than those in the UA group, but there was no significant difference(P = 0.074).2.MDP was negatively correlated with LVEF and ESV(r was-0.657、-0.133,P <0.01);MDP was positively correlated with EDV and SRS(r were 0.583 and 0.752,respectively,P < O.01).3.Compared with low MDP group,SRS value, left ventricular mass and WBC,N,NLR increased(P < 0.01),L value decreased(P < 0.01),and MDP was positively correlated with WBC,N,NLR and SRS(r was 0.364,0.459,0.512,0.752,P < 0.05),MDP was negatively correlated with L and LVEF(r was-0.409,-0.677,P < 0.05).4.There was a high correlation between left ventricular LVEF measured by MPI and left ventricular LVEF measured by echocardiography(r = 0.913,P < 0.001).Conclusions1.The percentage of G-MPI myocardial perfusion quality defect(MDP)can reflect the severity of myocardial perfusion damage in resting state. There is a significant negative correlation between MDP and left ventricular function.2.The percentage of myocardial perfusion quality defect(MDP)is highly correlated with the NLR value, and the MDP and NLR value increase with the severity of the disease, which has a high clinical practicability in estimating the condition and prognosis of ACS patients. |
