Objective:The paclitaxel combined with platinum,which were used as the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of Cervical cancer,was studied to see if it's chemosensitivity was related to the positive rate of Ninein-like protein expression.Methods:Collect 22 patients who were diagnosed as local advanced cervical cancer,between December 2014 and January 2017 in our hospital.They all had one or two treatment of the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of Paclitaxel combined with platinum,and had the surgery finally.The patients were divided into sensitive group and insensitive group,according to the Evaluation Method of Curative Effect of WHO.To compare the expression of NLP in the cervical cancer tissue of the two groups with the methods of Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.We also compared the expression of NLP before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy in the same group.Our purpose was to evaluate if NLP can be the index of the chemosensitivity of cervical cancer.Result:In all the 22 cases of Local advanced cervical cancer,the result of Immunohistochemistry show that the positive rate of NLP expression is 81.82%(18cases),among them,NLP(+)accounted for 36.36%(8 cases),and NLP(++)accounted for 45.45%(10 cases),while the negative rate is 18.18%(4 cases).NLP negative patients with chemotherapy efficiency of 75%(3 cases),as the same as the patients with NLP(+).While the chemotherapy efficiency of NLP(++)is 20%(2 cases),which is lower then the negative ones.The chemotherapy inefficiency of NLP(+)and NLP(++)is 25%(2 cases)and 80%(8 cases).According to Spearman's rank correlation test,p=0.04,the difference was statistically significant.The RT-PCR result showed that the expression of NLP in the sensitive group was much more than the ones in the insensitive group.The expression of NLP before chemotherapy was also more than the after chemotherapy ones.Conclusion:The cervical cancer patients with higher expression of NLP have a lower sensitivity than the lower expression ones.The expression of NLP in cervical cancer tissue can be reduced by chemotherapy of paclitaxel.
