The Analysis Of Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Nonsmall-cell Lung Cancer Postoperative Complications And Risk Factors

Background The application value of Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic in the field of thoracic surgery is being known,but the safety of Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic compared with the traditional thoracoscope is still controversial.In our study,by analyzing Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic resection of lung cancer postoperative complications and risk factors,the safety of it can be discussed.Methods Retrospective observational data of the patients who underwent Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic resection of non-small cell lung cancer between April2014 to December 2016 in Department of Thoracic,Fujian Medical University Union Hospital,and a total of 667 patients were collected.There were 83 cases in postoperative complications group(12.44%)and the other 584 ones in no postoperative complications group(87.56%).Analyses were conducted on the data such as patient's age,sex,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,smoking history,smoking index,pathological classification,preoperative complications,operation method.At first,early screen the all risk factors for postoperative complications and logistic regression is used to screen at the multiple factors analysis.Then identify the Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic resection of lung cancer risk factors for postoperative complications.Results Through the analysis of the 667 patients,patient's age and duration of surgery is significantly difference(P < 0.05)in two groups.The sex,intraoperative bleeding,smoking history,smoking index,pathological classification,preoperative complications of surgical procedures were no significantly difference(P > 0.05),after logistic analysis,the age of the patients and operation time is significantly difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion The patient's age and the surgery time is independent risk factors of complications in Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic resection of non-small cell lung cancer.Compared with the traditional surgery,risk factors of Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic resection of non-small cell lung cancer does not increase,and it has no less security than the former.
