Expression Of Sox10 Protein,S100 Protein And Melan A In Patients With Melanocytic Neoplasms

Objective:1.Learn the expression of SOX10 protein,S100 protein and Melan-A in melanocytic tumors;2.Investigate the significance of SOX10 protein,S100 protein and Melan-A in the diagnosis of melanocytic neoplasms.Method:Collect 7 cases of skin melanoma,30 cases of dermal nevus,10 cases of conjuctional nevus,8 cases of compound nevus and 2 cases of blue nevus,labeled with SOX10 protein,S100 protein and Melan-A respectively;then observe expression of these three markers in melanocytic neoplasms and analyze the diagnostic significance of these markers in melanocytic neoplasms.Result:1.The expression of SOX10,S100 and Melan-A in melanoma samples was positive(6/7,5 / 7,6 / 7),the specificity of SOX10 was higher than that of S100 and Melan-A,and the staining effect was good;2.The expression of SOX10,S100 and Melan-A in dermal nevus samples was positive(6/7,5 / 7,6 / 7),the specificity of SOX10 was higher than that of S100 and Melan-A,and the staining effect was good;3.The expression of SOX10,S100 and Melan-A in conjuctional nevus samples was positive(6/7,5 / 7,6 / 7),the specificity of SOX10 was higher than that of S100 and Melan-A,and the staining effect was good;4.The expression of SOX10,S100 and Melan-A in blue nevus samples was positive(6/7,5 / 7,6 / 7),the specificity of SOX10 was higher than that of S100 and Melan-A,and the staining effect was good.Conclusion:1.SOX10 has a high specificity and low sensitivity in the diagnosis of melanocytic neoplasms,and the effect of immunohistochemical staining is better than that of S100 and Melan-A.;2.S100,Melan-A has high sensitivity and low specificity in the diagnosis of melanocytic neoplasms;3.Accurate diagnosis of melanocytic neoplasms,especially melanoma,should be comprehensive clinical,histopathological and immunohistochemical indicators of various factors to determine,in order to achieve early diagnosis,the correct diagnosis.
