In recent years,intelligent computing model developed by human information processing mechanism is one of the hottest research topics in the field of artificial intelligence.There are three important body control systems,including the nervous system,immune system and endocrine system.The endocrine system contains a wealth of information processing mechanism,which mainly relies on hormones to realize the regulation of various tissues & organs and internal environment.Therefore the study of hormonal regulation mechanism is of great significance for artificial endocrine system.Based on the in-depth study of the endocrine system and hormone modulation mechanism in physiology,this paper researches the hormone regulation mechanism of the endocrine system.Specifically,the main works of this paper include:(1)Inspired from the related hormone regulation mechanism of blood sugar balance in endocrine system,a hormonal regulation model of blood sugar is proposed.In this model,the hormone concentration is closely related to glucose.The regulatory role is mainly reflected in the impact on the blood sugar concentration.The model is applied to the intelligent agent behavior by adding the hormonal regulation module.As a result,the hormone level will influence decisions of intelligent agent,and give their independent behavior.(2)Through the study of coordination mechanism of the endocrine system and the nervous system,a neural network model based on hormonal regulation is proposed.The hormone regulation is added in artificial neural networks,and the hormone concentrations affect the output of the neuron.It therefore led to a negative feedback mechanism of the output error of neural network to the secretion of hormone.Finally,five classification data sets are carried out in the recognition experiment,and the experiment results verify the validity of this model.(3)Hormone mechanism-based gray wolf optimizer is studied.In order to overcome the limits that the social position classification and location factor used in gray wolf optimizer(GWO),the hormonal mechanism is introduced to optimize location update mechanism of GWO.For the performance evaluation and comparison purposes,the proposed approach has been applied to 23 standard test functions.The experiment results have indicated its advantages over other approaches in terms of calculating precision and the convergence speed.In summary,physiological endocrine system contains abundant information processing mechanism.Thus the research on information processing mechanism in endocrine system,thereby establishing a theoretical model and application,has important theoretical significance and broad prospects for development.
