Objective:To explore clinical efficacy and safety of Dust mite drops in the treatment of allergic asthma,in order to obtain more experiences.Method:Sixty mild and moderate asthmatic patients with dust mite-allergic were divided into the therapy group(SLIT+anti-asthmatic drugs)and the control group(anti-asthmatic dru-gs)randomly.The therapy group was given sublingual dust mites drops and anti-asthmatic drugs for therapy one year, the second year was given anti-asthmatic drugs only, the total fol-lowed-up was for two year. The control group used only conventional anti-asthmatic dru-gs,was followed-up for two year. The two grops were respectively compared with Asthma symptom scores, drug scores,Lung function(The predicted value of FEV1 and PEF)and average acute attack of asthma times, days of duration and extent at baseline period at the end of the first year treatment and the end of the second year treatment. And the drug adverse reactions of the active group were analyzed.Results:Fifty-five patients completed clinical observation for two years(27 in the therapy group,28 in the control group). The two groups were comparable at baseline period.1.The comparision of Asthma symptoms score between the therapy group and the control group.Comparision with groups: The therapy group was lower than the control group in the symptom scores in the day and night, the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Comparision within-group before and after the treatment: From the first year to the second year, the symptom scores in the day and night of the active groupand the control group were respectively statistical differences in within-group(P<0.05).2.The comparision of drug scores between the therapy group and the control group.Comparision between groups: the therapy group was lower than the control group in the drug scores, differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Comparision within-group before and after the treatment: From the first year to the second year, the drug scores of the therapy group and the control group were resp-ctively statistical differences within-group(P< 0.05).3.The comparision between the therapy group and the control group in the acute attack of asthma times and dates: The therapy group,s average acute attack of asthma times, days of duration and extent were less than the control group for the first year and the second year, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparision within-group for the first year and the second year:the therapy group,s average acute attack of asthma times, days of duration and extent in the second year were significantly less than the first year, the differences were statistical significant(P < 0.05).The control group,s average acute attack of asthma times, days of duration and extent were not statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).4.The comparision of FEV1 and PEF between the therapy group and the control group Comparison with groups: The predicted value of FEV1 and PEF of the therapy group were respectively added than the drug group,s in the first year and the second year, there were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison the predicted value of FEV1 and PEF within-group: The therapy group had statistically significant difference comparison between the first and the second year(P < 0.05).The control group did not have statistically significant difference between the first and the second year(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sublingual administering dust mites drops agent can significantly improve the symptoms and the function of asthma in the asthma patients, reduced drug use and times of asthma acute attack. And when the active stoped, there still had a curative effect after one year later.
