ObjectiveBy testing the expression and significance of CXCR3 and P120 ctn in invasive breast cancer,exploring the relations between CXCR3,P120 ctn and breast cancer clinical pathology.Analysising the significance of CXCR3,P120 ctn for the occurrence,development and prognosis of breast cancer.MethodsWe used SP assay to detect the expression of CXCR3 and P120 ctn in breast tissue samples of patients with breast cancer,110 patients were divided into three groups,the first group was breast cancer patients,the breast cancer patients in the second group,the normal breast tissue in the third group,the proportion was 70:20:20.To explore the relationship between expression rate of CXCR3 and P120 ctn and age,menopause or not,tumor size and axillary lymph node metastasis or not,clinical stage,histological grade in breast cancer patients.ResultThe expression level of CXCR3 and P120 ctn in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in breast cancer tissues and normal breast tissues,Which means the expression rate of the former is higher than that of the latter,and the difference is statistically significant.There was no significant correlation between the expression rate of CXCR3 in the corresponding organism and the age,menstrual status,tumor size and histological grade,(p>0.05).While there was a statistically significant correlation between axillary lymph node metastasis and clinical stage,(p<0.05).The expression of P120 ctn wasnot significantly different between the two groups in terms of age,menstrual status,tumor size and axillary lymph node metastasis,Compared with the clinical stage,the difference was significant.ConclusionThere was no correlation between the expression rate of CXCR3 in the corresponding individual and the age,menstrual status,tumor size and histological grade,That is,there is no interaction between them.However,there is a positive correlation between axillary lymph node metastasis and clinical stage,that is,there is a mutual promotion relationship between them.The expression rate of P120 ctn in the corresponding individual was not correlated with the age difference,the menstrual period,the degree of tumor differentiation,axillary lymph node metastasis and histological grade.However,the expression was significant in the clinical period,which was positively related.Both CXCR3 and P120 ctn showed abnormal expression in breast cancer tissues,and the expression of CXCR3 and P120 ctn were significantly correlated.
