Observation Of Postoperative Analgesia Effect Of Flurbiprofen Axetil Combined With Pentazocine For Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

background:At present,more and more patients choose to undergo laparoscopic hysterectomy.And compared with total abdominal hysterectom,the postoperative of laparoscopic hysterectomy is not very serious.even so,poor pain control is still a important and urgent problem to be solved.There are a number of guidelines on the control of postoperative pain,but none of them is a professional guide related to laparoscopic hysterectomy.Objective:To investigate the efficacy and efficacy of flurbiprofen axetil combined with capecazocine for laparoscopic hysterectomy and the effect of adverse reactions on hemodynamics.Methods:A total of 80 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy were randomly divided into two groups: group S and group F were treated with intravenous controlled analgesia Pump.Patients in group S were treated with sufentanil 1 μg / kg + pentazocine 2 mg / kg +tropisetron 10 mg;group F with flurbiprofen 3 mg / kg + pentazocine 2 mg / kg +tropisetron 10 mg Analgesic.(VAS),Ramsay sedation score(RSS),blood pressure and heart rate,and whether patients had complications such as nausea,vomiting,dry mouth and so on at 2h,4h,6h,12 h,24h after operation.Results:1.The VAS scores: The VAS score of group F was higher than that of S group at the same time point,but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2.RSS level:The scores of RSS in group F were higher than that in group S,but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).There was no difference in the scores of F group at T48(P> 0.05).3.The adverse reactions of postoperative analgesia:In the group S,there are 6 patients appeared nausea,3 patients appeared vomiting,and 2 patients appeared the condition of hypotension.In the group F,only 2 patients vomited after surgery.4.Hemodynamics: there was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups at each time point.The systolic blood pressure in F group was significantly higher than that in group S at T12 and T48,but there was no significantly difference in blood pressure between the two groups at other time points.5.Rescue therapy:One patient in the group F need to inject morphine to strengthen analgesia;no people need to strengthen analgesia in group S.One person in the group S need the Treatment of nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:1.There was no statistically significant difference between flurbiprofen axetil combined with Pentazocine and sufentanil combined with Pentazocine.2.The effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with pentazocine on sedation and hemodynamics in patients was not statistically different from that of sufentanil combined with pentazocine,but the incidence of PONV was lower than that of sufentanil combined with pentazocine.
