Analysis And Summary For Case Of Fungal Rhino-sinusitis

Objective:Through clinical observation of 43 cases of fungal rhino-sinusitis to analysis and summary the treatment and assessment Methods:Retrospective analysis of 45 case of fungal rhino-sinusitis from February 2014 to February 2017 admitted to our hospital,diagnsed with fungal rhino-sinusitis has patients,including confirmed chronic invasive fungal rhino-sinusitis,analysis the difference including the clinical manifestation,treatment,and assessment?All of the patients underwent nose and paranasal sinuses CT scan,endoscopy,6 patients underwent cerebral MRI.1 of them is without operation,the others is under endoscopic sinus surgery(2cases through the frontal recess of tears,10 cases assisted the inferior meatus fenestration,the others is sinus opening).Postoperative routine pathological examination.Patiens were followed up and under endoscopic dressing for 2 weeks to 3years.3 cases were emphatically analyzed,which were tapical characteristics,analyzed their clinical features in order to summarize the diagnosis,the treatment,the prognosis.Results:45 cases were under endoscopic sinus surgery,the course of anesthesia and operation were smooth,after 3-5days cured well.Patients were followed up for 2 weeks to3 years,all the epithelial lumina epithelium,no complications.Conclusion:According to the clinical classification of fungal sinusitis,nasal surgery,nasal polyps with different surgical methods,whether lavage rinse,adjuvant therapy.
