| objective: To investigate the anti MCV antibody,anti CCP antibody relationship between disease activity and bone erosion in patients of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and predictive the value of comparison of the two kinds of antibody severity.To explore the relationship between the above two between and the psychological health of RA patients.Medthods: 1.We collected 634 patients of RA with the inclusion criteria from December 2014 to July 2016 in the 264 Hospital of PLA and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University.At the same time,the clinical and laboratory data of the patients were recorded.According to the DAS28 scoring criteria to assess the degree of disease activity in patients with RA,and according to the American Academy of Rheumatology RA X-ray staging criteria to assess the degree of destruction of bone erosion in patients of RA.2.We collected 118 patients of RA from January 2016 to February 2017 in the 264 Hospital of PLA in accordance with the inclusion criteria of out-patient and hospitalization,and the clinical and laboratory data were recorded during the same period.And we used the health assessment questionnaire(HAQ)to evaluate the quality of life of patients,the current call self rating Depression Scale(CSE-D)and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ)to evaluate the psychological health status of patients with RA.Results:1.value of anti-MCV antibody and anti-CCP antibody in the prediction of bone erosion and disease activity for rheumatoid arthritis 1)It was positively correlated between anti-MCV antibody and ESR,CRP,tender joint number,DAS28 score(P<0.05);2)The anti MCV antibodies in high disease activity group,moderate activity group are higher than that of low activity or stable group(P<0.05),and anti CCP antibody in the moderate disease activity groupis higher than low activity group and stable group(P<0.05);3)The anti MCV,anti CCP antibody in the bone erosion group were higher than non bone erosion group(P<0.05);The anti MCV antibodies in the stage II and III group was significantly higher than that in stage I(P<0.05).The anti CCP antibody in stage II and III of X-ray is higher compared with stage I(P<0.05),and that in phase III is higher than IV(P<0.05).2.The study on the relationship between anti MCV antibody,anti CCP antibody in patients with RA and the trait coping style,depression score and quality of life 1)There were no correlation in patients with RA between antibody MCV antibody,anti CCP antibody titers and depression score,trait coping and health assessment questionnaire score,age,duration of illness(P>0.05).And positive coping scores and disease activity were negatively correlated(P<0.05);2)The scores of depression,trait coping,HAQ score,age and Course of disease were no significant difference in anti MCV and anti CCP antibody positive group and negative group in patients with RA(P>0.05);3)The DAS28 score in mild depression patients with RA were significantly higher than those without depression patients(P<0.05),no depression and mild depression tendency of patients were prefer to positive coping Compare to obvious depression patients(P<0.05),and mild depressive tendency and obvious depression patients tend to prefer negative coping Compare to non depression patients(P<0.05).Conclucion:1.Compared with anti-CCP antibody,anti-MCV antibody can better assess the disease activity,and has a better predictive value for bone erosion.2.The anti MCV antibody and anti CCP antibody in the serum of patients with RA were not related to the patients' mental health status,age and duration of illness.The patients with severe illness and depression were more likely to be negative in daily life. |
