The Research On The Participatory Medical Model Building Under The Background Of Internet

Since Premier Li Keqiang put forward the “Internet +”plan in the three session of the twelve National People's Congress,the fusion of traditional medical industry and Internet technology is forming a“Internet+medical”pattern.At present,its policy direction is mainly focus on hospitals,doctors and mutual communication platforms,ignoring the resources that are not fully utilized in the medical information system-patients.Patients in the Internet age are becoming more and more intelligent.Their ability to collect,identify,and use medical information will gradually be aroused.Some of them are actively using the Internet and new technologies to manage their medical data and health condition,to participate in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,to form a new cooperative partnership with doctors.Finally they grow into new medical consumers in the Internet era.Health care reform is a worldwide problem.Foreign scholars are exploring an active medical model from the perspective of patients-participatory medicine.Researches show that participatory medical care can not only ease the tension between doctors and patients,make full use of the existing medical resources,change the passive and cracked medical service chain but also can establish a real“patient centered”medical service model.Uneven allocation of medicalresources,the tense relationship between doctors and patients have been problems that puzzle the healthy development of China's medical and health undertakings.In this context,this paper attempts to build a participatory medical model which is suitable for China's national conditions on the basis of foreign related research.The main structure is as follows:The first part is to expound the related theoretical problems of participatory medicine.Social role theory,participatory democracy theory and humanistic theory are the main theoretical bases for the implementation of participatory health care.Defining the definition and characteristics of participatory medical treatment on the basis of the analysis of participatory medical and internet medical.Clarifying the the purpose and function of participatory medical care on the concept of "taking the patient as the center".The second part is to summarize the participation mode domestic patients use under the background of internet.The investigation objects are from Internal Medicine-Cardiovascular Department,Obstetrics and Gynecology Department and Medical technological Department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.It is to investigate the situation of patients using the Internet,medical class apps and wearable devices.Its purpose is to summarize the domestic problems in implementing participatory medical mode.The third part is to sum up the aspects of participatory health care that need to improve and learn on the basis of referring to the United States participatory medical research.The fourth part is to build a participatory medical model which is suitable for China's national conditions.At the same time,putting forward the pointed suggestions of participatory medical practicing.Participatorymedical system is a systematic project which requires the active participation of all parties in the medical system.The government,hospitals,doctors,the internet medical service third parties,patients and NGO should change their behaviors accordingly.
