Research On The Hiv Infection Status And Risk Factors Of Communication Of Men Who Have Sex With Men Using The Club Drugs In Chongqing

Objective : To investigate the basic characteristics,behavioral characteristics and the prevalence of HIV of men who have sex with men using the club drugs in Chongqing,to analysis the influence factors of HIV infection of men who have sex with men using the club drugs,to provide policy recommendations and basis for targeted intervention measures the next step.Methods:Using cross-sectional study,collected data in the form of questionnaire survey.1 Respondent: the respondents are the men who have sex with men using the club drugs in the main city of Chongqing.Using snowball sampling and encounte sampling to acquire the requirements of target population.2 Questionnaire: Including the questionnaire and laboratory tests.According to relevant literature and the national sentinel surveillance in the questionnaire about the drug addicts,the questionnaire has been redesigned.After the preliminary investigation,we revised and perfected the questionnaire and formed the final questionnaire.Laboratory testing: All respondents with saliva reagent conducted HIV quick check,HIV positive people referred to the centers for disease control and prevention,blooded and conducted HIV review and confirmation.3 Data processing and analysis method:Using Epidata3.1 establish database,The data were analyzed using SPSS16.0.Using descriptive statistical to analysis basic situation such as social demographic and behavioral characteristics of men who have sex with men using the club drugs.Unconditional Logistic regression mode l were performed to analysis associated factors for HIV infection.Results:This study investigated 200 people who have sex with men using the club drugs.1 Social demographic characteristics of respondentsRespondents average age was 27.0±5.3 years old,marriage is given priority to with unmarried,accounted for 88.5%;mainly in Chongqing household register,accounting for 88.0%;58.0% are junior college and above educational level;the main occupation to the private or individuals and enterprises and institutions,accounting for 36.5% and 20.5%;the main dating sites is Internet or dating software,accounting for 93.0%.2 Knowledge about HIV/AIDS168 respondents who think that treated sexually transmitted diseases can help prevent AIDS,accounting for 83.8%.Respondents generally aware of knowledge about HIV/AIDS related to 87.0%,the awareness of AIDS transmission routes is higher than unawareness of AIDS transmission routes.3 Characteristics of club drugs abuseThe age of respondents for the first time to use club drugs is very young,the average age of only 22.6 years old,and more than 63.5% is given priority to with 20 to 29 years old.For the first time to use the club drugs is given priority to with peer influence,accounted for 56.0%;Repeated use of club drugs is given priority to with the pursuit of sexual pleasure,accounting for 80.5%.For the first time and the repeated use of club drugs is given priority to with methamphetamine and Ma Gu,First use of 86.0% and 28.5% respectively,repeated use of 91.0% and 45.0% respectively;a variety of club drugs are used by mixing,mainly is a mixture of methamphetamine and Ma Gu,drug combination of 23.5% for the first time and repeat drug combination accounted for 40.5%.Drug use is given priority to with hot suck,accounting for 81.0%.Use frequency is given priority to with 1 to 2 times a month or more,accounting for 68.0%,The latest use mainly two people together to use accounted for 80.5%.Using club drugs place is mainly friend home(76.5%).4 High-risk sexual behavior characteristicsAfter the respondents using club drugs,they have taken place in sexual behavior in recent half a year.The main sexual partners include the commercial partner,casual partner and lifetime partners,accounted for 9.5%,88.0% and 9.5% respectively.Give priority to with anal intercourse method account for 99.5%.92.5% of respondents said their sexual desire be enhanced after using club drugs;Sexual intercourse duration obviously prolonged accounted for 98%.Stick with Sexual partners having sex withcondom accounted for 15.0%,six persons had a condom breakage,twenty-one persons find themselves' or partner' crissum or anus with bleeding during intercourse.After the respondents using club drugs,56.5% of them sexual intercourse with many people at the same time in recent half a year,stick with many sexual partners having sex with condom and one person to use one condom accounted for 6.2%(7/113).61.0% of respondents have a lifetime partners,Stick with lifetime partners having sex with condom accounted for 18.0%(22/122).One person had sex with women recently.5 The related risk factors for HIV infectionA total of 200 respondent,among them,we found 60 people are HIV positive before,50 people are HIV positive of HIV antibody fast inspection for the first time,early screening positive rate was 36.4%(51/140),31 people not be tested to confirm,The newly confirmed positive 20 people.Adjusting for other confounding factors,the age of use of club drugs(AOR=0.50,95%CI:0.29-0.85,P<0.011),the frequency of use club drugs(AOR=0.33,95%CI:0.20-0.57,P<0.001),Whether due to enhance sexual desire of use club drugs(AOR=3.93,95%CI:1.81-8.53,P=<0.001),Whether stick with sexual partners having sex with condom(AOR=8.46,95%CI:2.33-30.79,P=<0.001)are the affecting factors for HIV infection.MSM who use club drugsfor the first time is younger,Using high frequency,due to increase sexual desire to use new drugs,not sticking with sexual partners having sex with condom are more likely to be infected with HIV.Conclusions:1 After using club drugs,MSM easy to have unprotected anal sex and sex with more people,it Increase the risk of HIV infection and spread.We should strengthen the propaganda and education among MSM who using club drugs,Strengthen the propaganda of the importance of consistent use of condoms,Increase the rate of consistent use of condoms,Correct the high-risk sexual behavior of drug addicts,reduce the risk of infection and spread of the HIV.2 The MSM who use club drugs of HIV infection rate is higher in Chongqing.Expanded testing for HIV should be carry out continuously,discover new HIV infections as soon as possible,antiviral treatment and follow-up management work should be strengthened among HIV-positive MSM so as to control the source of infection and slow the spread of HIV.3 MSM who use club drugsfor the first time is younger,Using high frequency,due to increase sexual desire to use new drugs,not sticking with sexual partners having sex with condom is HIV infection of high-risk groups,we need to develop targeted intervention measures and deserve more attention to them.
