The Microecological Evaluation Of Vaginal Microflora In 504 Women Before Artificial Abortion

Objective: To analysis the results of vaginal microbiome in patients with artificial abortion,to explore the clinical application value of vaginal microecological evaluation before artificial abortion,and to know the clinical application of vaginal microecological evaluationMethods: 1.To collect the vaginal secretions of 504 patients at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from October 2016 to January 2017.2.Through question some gynecologists to investigate the status of vaginal microecological applications and how they know the vaginal microecological evaluation.Results: 1.504 cases of vaginal microecological evaluation shows that there were 214 cases(42.5%)of normal microbiomel and 290 cases(57.5%)of abnormal microbiome.Among the 290 cases of abnormal vaginal microbiome,there are 120 cases of vaginal infection and 170 cases of vaginal microbial imbalance.Among the 120 cases of vaginal infection:there are 32 cases(6.3%)of cleanliness abnormalities,51 cases(10.1%)of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC),29 cases(5.8%)of bacterial vaginosis(BV),8 cases(1.6%)of mixed infection;among 170 cases of vaginal microbial imbalance: there are 38 cases(7.5%)of PH abnormalities,162 cases(32.4%)of Lactobacillus abnormalities,60 cases(11.9%)of Lactobacillus dysfunction,161 cases(31.9%)of dominant bacteria,in 9 cases(1.8%)of bacterial inhibition.2.290 cases of vaginal microbial abnormalities of the functional group: there are 115 cases of hydrogen peroxide positive: 4 cases(13.8% 4/29)of BV,45(88.2% 45/51),8 cases(100%)cases of VVC,8 cases(100%)of mixed infection,15(46.9% 15/32)of cleanliness abnormalities,33 cases(86.8% 33/38)of abnormal phase,56 cases(34.6% 56/162)of Lactobacillus,60 cases(100%)of Lactobacillus dysfunction,59 cases(36.6% 59/161)of abnormal bacteria and 1 case(11.1% of 9%)of bacterial inhibition;there are 120 cases of Leukocyte esterase positive: 29 cases(100%)of BV,51 cases(100%)of VVC,8 cases(100%)of mixed infection,20(62.5% 20/32)of cleanliness abnormalities,7 cases(18.4% 7/38)of abnormal phase,13 cases(8% 13/162)of Lactobacillus,9 cases(15% 9/60)of Lactobacillus dysfunction,14 cases(8.7% 14/161)of abnormal bacteria and 0 case of bacterial inhibition;there are 32 cases of Sialidase positive: 29 cases(100%)of BV,0 cases of VVC,6 cases(75% 6/8)of mixed infection,2 cases(6.2% 2/8)of cleanliness abnormalities,1 case(2.6%(0.6% 1/162)of PH abnormalities,1 case(1.7% 1/60)of Lactobacillus dysfunction,1 case of abnormal bacteria(0.6% 1/161),0 cases of bacterial inhibition.3.Among the 290 cases of vaginal microbial abnormalities,there were 186 patients(64.1% 186/290)without clinical symptoms,104 patients(35.9% 104/290)with clinical symptoms,include 98 cases of abnormal vaginal discharge(including leucorrhea,odor and abnormal color),82 cases of genital itching,26 cases of vulvar burning.Among 120 cases of vaginitis patients,70 patients without clinical symptom,50 patients with clinical symptoms;170 cases of vaginal microecological imbalance,116 patients without clinical symptoms,54 patients with clinical symptoms.4.Postoperative questionnaire on vaginal microecological evaluation of 154 gynecologists: 119 doctors knew about vaginal microecology(77.3%)and the remaining 35(22.7%)doctors did not understand vaginal microecology.There are 116 doctors(97.5% 116/119)think that vaginal microecology for the diagnosis and treatment of vaginal infectious diseases has clinical significance.5.Majority of gynecologists in the questionnaire believe that: vaginal inflammation,repeated vaginal infection should take vaginal microecological evaluation;they choose vaginal microecological evaluation after vaginitis treatment and short-term observation for microecological disorders.Conclusions:Vaginal microecological evaluation can found vaginal infection and microecological imbalance in patients before artificial abortion,due to organ endocrine changes their vaginal microecological always be imbalanced,we should pay attention to artificial abortion preoperative vaginal microecological evaluation.Almost all the gynecologists know the vaginal microecological evaluation and can make good use of it.
