The Analysis Of The Correlation Between The Symptoms And The Location In Frontal Lobe Epilepsy

Objective: Analyze the correlation between the symptoms of frontal lobe epilepsy and the location of frontal lobe epilepsy.Methods: The clinical data of 32 frontal lobe epilepsy patients were analyzed together with the detailed clinical presentations,VEEG,imaging findings(MRI or PET-CT),and IEEG.Summarizing the correlation between the symptoms of frontal lobe epilepsy and the location of frontal lobe epilepsy.Results: Among the 32 patients with frontal lobe epilepsy,epileptic seizure type is relatively rich,according to the semiological seizure classification in 1998,and the history of video eeg results and detailed analysis,the study is divided into main symptoms(At the same time there are two main symptoms): tonic-clonic seizure?tonic seizure?clonic seizure?automastism seizure?versive seizure?hypermotor seizure?dialeptic suizure?atonic seizure?aphasic seizure?autonomic seizure?visual aura.All of these 32 patients underwent intracranial eeg examination,21 patients underwent MRI of brain,29 patients underwent PET-CT of head.These tests above could show the location of epilepsy clear,these locations can be divided into 5 groups.Analyzing the data of classification of symptoms and locations with descriptive statistics,drew the heatmap,getting the following results: Bordmann 6?8 and versive seizure have obvious correlation.Symptoms can be divided into 3 clustersConclusions: In the process of exploring the correlation the symptoms of frontal lobe epilepsy and its clinical symptoms,we found that Bordmann 6?8 and versive seizure have obvious correlation.The rest have no obvious correlation between the symptoms of frontal lobe epilepsy and its clinical symptoms.
