1.purpose:Study of a hospital of aspirin resistance in elderly patients with cerebral infarction(aspirin, resistance,AR)and their correlation with the incidence of demographic, lifestyle, clinical complications, clinical medication and clinical laboratory index.2.method:(1)Methods 188 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction treated in a senior hospital from March 1,2015 to February 29,2016 were selected.(2)Detailed record of demographic data, lifestyle, clinical complications and clinical combination of 188 elderly patients with cerebral infarction in accordance with the selected conditions.(3)All the patients were treated with aspirin 100 mg/d for 7 days after admission.(4)The fasting vein blood 6ml was extracted at eighth days after admission, and the platelet inhibition rate was detected by a rebound analysis instrument. At the same time, relevant clinical laboratory indicators were tested.3.result:(1)188 elderly patients with cerebral infarction in 114 male patients(60.6%),74 cases were female(39.4%),the inhibition rate of utilization in elderly patients with cerebral infarction platelet Thrombelastogram analyzer, the incidence of AS was 68.1%(n=114),the incidence of AR was 31.9%(n=74).(2)There were significant differences between the.AR group and the AS group(28(24.6%),vs86(75.4%),P=0.007<0.01).Compared with smokers in group AS,group AR had more smokers(42(70%),P=0.002<0.01)(AR).The clinical complications of AR group and AS group were statistically significant(28(46.7%),vs29(22.8%),P=0.001<0.01).(3)There was significant difference between the.AR group and the AS group in Changchun ting(X2=4.986,P=0.026<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the AR group and the AS group in the combined use of clopidogrel(27(28.7%),vs 67(71.3%),P=0.348>0.05).Group AR and AS combination and application of proton pump inhibitors,statins,ACEI/ARB,calcium antagonists, alprostadil,Danshen, brain protein hydrolysate, acetyl glutamine, lipoic acid, oxiracetam has no obvious effect on the reaction of aspirin(P>0.05).(4)There was significant difference between the.AR group and the AS group(5.85(2.12),vs 6.7(2.54),P=0.017<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the platelet inhibition rate of AR group was positively correlated with age(r=0.178,P=0.037<0.05).(5)Logistic regression analysis indicated that men were 0.364 times more likely to have AR than women(0.182,0.728).The risk of AR associated with diabetes mellitus was3.314 times higher than that in patients without diabetes mellitus(1.626,6.753).Smokers were 3.985 times more likely to have AR than non-smokers(1.922,8.260).4.conclusion:(1)By using TEG to detect platelet inhibition was evaluated in elderly patients with cerebral infarction aspirin response rate, the final show that there is a higher proportion of elderly patients with cerebral infarction AR,aspirin responsiveness has great differences.(2)The occurrence of.AR is related to sex, age, smoking, inflammation, diabetes mellitus and the use of Changchun ting.Age increases platelet suppression and platelet aggregation is better inhibited.
