| Objective Comparison of different operative methods for Chiari-I malformation associated with syringomeliapatients the effect after treatment.Methods Choosing in our department from 2010 to 2016 in 36 patients with Chiari-deformity associated with syringomyelia,according to different operation Ⅰmethods will be divided into A,B two groups,group A: 21 cases of patients,the first way,putamen enlarge plasty surgery + posterior cranial fossa bony;Group B:15 cases,the second way,putamen enlarge plasty surgery + posterior cranial fossa bony + resection of the cerebellar tonsillar hernia.Comparative analysis between the two groups of syringomyelia degree,curative effect and complications is difference.Result In strict accordance with the Tator’s evaluation criterions.(1)Comparative analysis the discharge situation ofthe two groups: group A better,stable,worse cases respectively in 11 cases,9 cases,and 1 case,52.4% of the recovery.Group B better,stable,worse cases the number of cases of 13 cases,2 cases respectively and 0 cases,86.7% of the recovery,comparative analysis of the results with statistical difference(P < 0.05).(2)Comparative analysis the postoperative JOA scoreof two groups of: A group of excellent,good,general,bad cases respectively in 2 cases,3 cases,6 cases,11 cases;B group of excellent,good,general,bad cases were 4 cases,3 cases,5 cases,3 cases,the results statistically difference(P < 0.05).(3)Comparative analysis the complications of two groups the cases of complications in group A,group B 7 cases,11 cases,respectively,the results statistically difference(P < 0.05).(4)Comparative analysis the follow-up results of two groups: group Abetter,stable,worse cases respectively,5 cases,5 cases,11 cases,47.6% efficient.Group B better,stable,worse cases respectively in 5 cases,8 cases,2 cases,80.7% efficient,the results statistically difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with group A,group B can more effective treatments patients,curative effect is good,after treatment can obviously improve the patient’s disease syringomyelia,but higher percentage complications. |
