Correlative Research On Degenerative Grade Of Small Joint Of Vertebrae And MRI Signal Changes Of Paraspinal Muscle And Low Back Pain In Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective Study on the relativity between the lumbar facet joint dege neration classification of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and paraspina l muscle MRI signal changes and low back pain.To make a the preliminary e-tiology diagnosis of the early low back pain and for the next step of tr eatment has a guiding significance.Methods We selected 80 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis in the orthopaedics of General Hosptial of NMU during December 2014-December 2016 as the clinical data,and we respectively statistics of the patient’s age,gender,the degree of lumbar articular process of joint degeneration,then Analysis the correlation of the two.The second study the relationship between low back pain and lumbar facet joint degeneration degree.By lumbar MRI to measure patients’ vertebral muscle cross-sectional area,cross-sectional area of intervertebral disc who have low back pain,and calculate the ratio of the two,to study the relationship between its and low back pain.Results There is no relationship between vertebra small joint degeneration classification and the sex of the patients and(t = 0.387,P = 0.414);There have relationship with age and degeneration classification of zygapophyseal joints(r=0.968,P<0.001);80 cases with low back pain were with different levels of lumbar facet joint degeneration,and 20 cases were the third level,31 cases were the second level,and 29 cases were the first level.The pain score(Visual Analogue Score)of patients with back pain show that,the 24 cases of 29 cases with first level were pain score <3 points,the score of 5 cases were 4 to 6 points;the 26 cases of 24 cases with second level were pain score 4 to 6points,5 cases were< 3 points;the 16 cases of 20 cases with third level were pain score 7 to 10 points,4 cases were 4 to 6 points.And there is a clear relationship between the degree of lumbar vertebra small joint degeneration and low back pain(r=0.879,P<0.001).There is a certain relationship between the ratio of vertebral side muscle cross-sectional area and the area of the intervertebral discandlow back pain.Conclusions There is an connection between low back pain with degeneration of grading in degenerative lumbar spine vertebra small joint and MRI signal change in vertebral side muscle.
