Objective: To investigate the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in COPD patients and effect of vitamin D deficiency on the condition of COPD,And explore the mechanism of vitamin D affect the immunological aspects of COPD?Methods: Collected from March 2016 to November 2016 in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital outpatient and inpatient of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 60 cases and Matched age, sex, treatment time of the normal 26 cases. The levels of serum vitamin D were measured by electrochemical uminescence method in order to understand whether vitamin D was deficient in CODP patients and to understand the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in COPD patients treated by this hospital. While collecting COPD Patients with BMI,1-year increase in the past two years,CAT score, whether there is cardiovascular disease complications, calcium,Lung function and other indicators,we want to understand the effect of vitamin D on COPD patients by comparing vitamin D deficiency group COPD patients with no lack vitamin D deficiency of COPD patients in the above indicators. At the same time,(ANAs)? IL-10 and TGF-? 1 in patients with COPD were measured to further explore the immunological mechanism of vitamin D in patients with COPD.Results: The level of vitamin D in COPD group was significantly lower than that in healthy control group [(14.534 ? 7.313)(24.42 ? 10.909)ng/ml],the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in COPD group(73.01%)was significantly higher than that of healthy subjects.(P<0.05)Vitamin D deficiency The serum Ca of COPD group was lower than that of vitamin D deficiency group [(2.16 ? 0.116)(2.25 ? 0.115)nom/l],FEV1 in vitamin D deficiency group was lower than that in vitamin D deficiency group [(18.54 ? 2.986)(18.64 ? 3.342)] in the vitamin D deficiency group was significantly higher than that in the vitamin D deficiency group(P<0.05).The vitamin D of the COPD was significantly higher than that of the vitamin D deficiency group [(20.57 ? 2.986)(18.64 ? 3.342)ng/ml] Level and the patient is not associated with cardiovascular disease.VitD-deficient COPD patients had a higher number of acute exacerbations than those with VitD deficiency([1.57 0.834] vs(0.57 0.646)vs(0.57 0.646));(P <0.05)];The level of IL-10 in patients with vitamin D deficiency was lower [(24.73 ? 2.834)and(28.187 ? 4.541)pg/ml].The level of TGFB1 in patients with vitamin D deficiency was lower [(1.29 ? 0.499)and(1.73 ? 0.687)ng/ml].There was no correlation between vitamin D and anti-nuclear antibody in patients with COPD,and those with positive antinuclear antibody have lower body mass index value. Conclusion: The level of vitamin D in patients with COPD is lower than that in healthy subjects, and the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency is significantly higher than that of healthy subjects.vitamin D lack of COPD patients have poor quality of life and lung function, more previous acute exacerbations, more serious illness. There was no correlation between the lack of VitD and the prevalence of ANAs positive in COPD patients. It was also found that patients with COPD deficient in vitamin D had lower levels of IL-10 and TGF-? 1,and vitamin D could modulate COPD patients by the immunosuppressive function.
