objective: to probe into and analysis of DCM patients with malignant ventricular arrhythmia and the correlation of heart rate variability.Selection methods: our hospital from April 2015 to April 2015 were treated 90 cases of patients with DCM as observation group, the other choices at the same time were admitted to the hospital physical examination of 90 cases of normal adults as control group,by 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram(ecg)of two groups of patients with heart rate variability and malignant ventricular arrhythmia occurrence, according to whether the malignant arrhythmia is divided into positive malignant arrhythmia group(n = 47)and malignant arrhythmia is negative group(n = 43),comparing differences between groups heart rate, dilated cardiomyopathy patients with malignant ventricular arrhythmia and the correlation of heart rate variability. Results: control group and observation group of gender, age, course, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, serum sodium, serum potassium, serum calcium and fasting glucose compared with no significant difference(P > 0.05).Observation group compared with control group increased serum creatinine, uric acid,a precursor of N terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide, cardiac function level rise, lower left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Malignant arrhythmia is positive and malignant arrhythmia is negative group of gender, age, course of the disease, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, serum sodium, serum potassium, serum calcium and fasting glucose compared with no significant difference(P > 0.05).Malignant arrhythmia is positive and malignant arrhythmia is negative group compared with the higher serum creatinine, uric acid,a precursor of N terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide, cardiac function level rise, lower left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Observation group compared with control group SDNN low,low SDANN and r MSSD,PNN50,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Malignant arrhythmia positive group and malignant arrhythmia is negative low SDNN,SDANN low,low r MSSD and high PNN50,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The control group, malignant ventricular arrhythmia negative groups and positive malignant ventricular arrhythmia group,as the illness aggravating SNDD,SDANN and r MSSD decreases,PNN50 rise, present a significant correlation(P < 0.05).Conclusion: heart rate variability can be used as an important index to predict the occurrence of malignant ventricular arrhythmias in patients with DCM,when the heart rate variability lower with malignant arrhythmia in the pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy.
