Study On Peripheral Blood B Lymphocyte Subsets In Patients With Alveolar Echinococcosis

Objective To Study the CD19~+,CD20~+B lymphocytes and part of the immune index levels in peripheral blood of AE patients.The purpose is to discuss ther elations of humoral immunity and AE,about its occurrence and development,in vasion,metastasis and prognosis of,willing to provide a new train of thought for the diagnosis and treatment of AE.Methods Using flow cytometry detection the peripheral blood CD19~+,CD20~+B lymphocytes expression level of 30 AE patients and 30 healthy controls.Atth e same time,using scattering turbidimetric method is used to detect the patients immune function index(Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,L,K,CRP),using ELISA method to de tect the serum level of IL-6.Results(1)The CD19~+,CD20~+B lymphocytes expression level in patients with A E is lower than Control(P<0.05).(2)The comparation about immune function b etween AE and control,The Ig G and Ig A in AE group were significantlyhigher than the control group(P<0.05),The Ig M in AE group were lower than the c ontrol group(P<0.05).(3)The CRP and IL-6 in AE group were significantly hig her than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The CD19~+,CD20~+B and total B lymphocytes levels in periphe ral blood are lower.(2)The humoral immunity about AE patients is enhancem ent,considering possible for chronic disease,antigen stimulation organism form any times,make the body produces more immunoglobulin and cytokine.(3)Th e Echinococcosis is parasitic infection,cause the body CRP was significantlyinc reased.
