Objective To evaluate the value of MRI classification on the assessment of biological activity in HAE and then to analyze the correlation between cystic features and immunological parameters of HAE.Methods Retrospectively analysis of MRI imaging data in 45 cases of liver cysticercosis patients. All the 45 cases were divided into 5 types according to Kodama's classification, and to test the patient's peripheral blood antigens antibody levels in vivo(EgP),cystic acid semi-purified antigen B(Eg B),globular echinococcus antigen(Em2).To analysis the correlation between the typs and the immune indicators, using the mean ± standard deviation(x ± s)for statistical data in the measurement and chi-square test for counted between the data group. Results Among the cases according to Kodama's classification, the case in this group,2 as type 1,9 as type2,22 as type 3,10 as type 4,and 2 as type 5,there was relaotionship with anti-EgP antibody(p=0.005)and no relationship with anti-EsCF antibody(p=0.060)?anti-EgB antibody(p = 0.181)and anti-Em2 antibody(p= 0.360).Conclusion The vesicle classification of HAE had a correlation with anti-EgP antibody in four kinds of hydatid cysts, and it can be predicted for HAE activity via MR types.
