| Objective: To detect the level of IL-27 in serum and the expression of IL-27R(gp130and WSX-1)on peripheral blood leukocytes in patients with pSS.To analyze the relationship between IL-27 and its receptor and the pathogenesis of pSS,and to explore its significance in the pathogenesis of pSS.Methods:(1)The levels of IL-27 in peripheral blood of pSS group and normal control group were detected by Enzyme linked immune sorbent assay, and analyze the relationship between serum IL-27 level and pSS incidence.(2)The expression levels of IL-27R(gp130 and WSX-1)on the peripheral blood leukocytes in the pSS group and the normal control group were measured by flow cytometry.,and analyze the relationship between the expression of IL-27R(gp130 and WSX-1)and the incidence of pSS.Results:(1)The level of IL-27 in serum of pSS patients was significantly higher than that of normal controls(161.25±22.75pg/ml VS 95.56±15.80pg/ml,p<0.05);(2)The expression levels of gp130(%)on peripheral blood leukocytes in pSS patients(7.80±3.51)were higher than those in normal controls(3.25±1.92)(p<0.05).The expression levels of WSX-1(%)on peripheral blood leukocytes in pSS patients(2.91±0.99)were higher than those in normal controls(1.45±0.85)(p<0.05).Conclusion: The levels of IL-27 and IL-27 R in serum of patients with pSS were abnormal expression, suggesting that IL-27 and its receptors may be involved in the development and progression of pSS. |
