Objective: In this study,we investigated the relationship between intracranial CMBs and early hematoma enlargement in HICH patients.Methods: A total of 130 hospitalized samples of hypertensive intracerebral he morrhage were collected,followed by a detailed record of patient general infor mation.The sample was CT in the 6h and 24 h after the onset of the disease,and SWI screening was performed during the period.Statistics within 6h and 24 h after two times of brain hemorrhage CT changes,using the formula to c alculate the hemorrhage volume Tada,according to the standard division of he matoma enlargement,hematoma enlargement group and non hematoma enlarge ment group.According to the results of craniocerebral SWI screening,CMBs a nd CMBs two groups were divided.According to the records,single factor an alysis was carried out by using spss19.0 software.Multivariate logistic regressi on was used to analyze the statistically significant variables,and the rank sumt est was used to explore the relationship between CMBs grade and hematoma e nlargement.Results: The proportion of CMBs in hematoma enlargement group was 81.6%,In the non hematoma enlargement group,the ratio of CMBs was 48.1%,and the total ratio of CMBs was 60.8%.The proportion of early hematoma enlarg ement in patients with HICH was 37.7%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex,smoking history and liver function impair ment(P > 0.05);In the comparison of the clinical indexes of admission,the d ifference of SBP was statistically significant(p < 0.05).In the history of alco holism,blood pressure control and anti-PLT history factors,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).In the image data,the statistical difference be tween CMBs and initial bleeding volume between the two groups was signific ant(p <0.05).CMBs(OR=7.646,p =0.003<0.05)and SBP(OR=0.965,p =0.008<0.05)ware found to be an independent risk factor for early enlargeme nt of HICH hematoma by logistic regression model.Through the CMBs grade comparison,hematoma enlargement group CMBs three grade accounted for 51%,non hematoma enlargement group CMBs three grade accounted for 3.7%,p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1?CMBs and SBP are independent risk factors for early enlargement of h ematoma in HICH patients.2?The higher the level of CMBs in patients with HICH can cause enlarg ement of hematoma.
