Hypertension is the disease that serious influence the general common people's health seriously in recent years,there are all kinds of cardiovascular diseases caused by the high blood pressure,the older people and the obese people are easy to get the high blood pressure.Currently,the blood pressure detection in the hospital can only intermittently detect the instantaneous value of blood pressure,if the continuous measuring blood pressure values come true,it will be able to detect the patient's blood pressure changes over a long period of time,then effective prevention and treatment in time can be made to the patients;besides,the efficacy of antihypertensive drug for high blood pressure patients and other drug effects on blood pressure can be studied.In this context,Contec Medical Systems Co.,Ltd in qinhuangdao are now ready to study the noninvasive continuous measurement,the request of the method is take advantage of the correlation between the blood oxygen volume wave's potter parameters and the blood pressure.This article is mainly responsible for the research work includes the following aspects:Firstly,the paper briefly introduces the related knowledge about the pulse wave transmission dynamics?the basic medical knowledge about blood dynamics and the potter parameter method of noninvasive continuous blood pressure measurement.And mainly analyze the waveform features of the blood oxygen volume wave.Then conduct acquisition of blood oxygen volume and blood pressure with data-acquisition-device provided by Contec Medical Systems Co.,Ltd.Secondly,in the process of analysis of the volume wave,this article chose wavelet transform which is multi-resolution,conduct wavelet analyze for the signal effectively remove the signal baseline drift and noise interference by choosing the wavelet base function reasonably,and implements the signal feature point detection by using a derivative and second derivative of gaussian function.Finally,on the basis of the feature points,extract the characteristics of bulk wave parameters,then analyze the correlation between characteristic parameters and blood pressure were analyzed,then establish the regression equation of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure by regression analysis,the continuous measurement of blood pressure come true,and analyses the measuring accuracy of the regression equation.
