A Preliminary Study On The Changes Of Sex Hormones,Thyroid Function And Bone Mineral Density In Patients With Ovarian Malignant Tumor After Combined Treatment

Objective: Study on ovarian epithelial malignant tumor before operation,postoperative chemotherapy after the female sex hormone,thyroid function and the changes of bone density,looking for the above data change trajectory,and for these patients to provide a clinical basis for the use of hormone replacement therapy.Methods: The epithelial ovarian cancers in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from 2014 to 2016 were selected,who underwent comprehensive staging surgery or cytoreductive surgery,and excluded fracture,liver,kidney,heart and other diseases.Patients who underwent cytoreductive surgery without complete resection of bilateral ovaries were excluded.The patient was 40-50 years old,and there was no significant abnormality in the preoperative menstrual cycle;body mass index(20.16 +1.08);postoperative normal complement chemotherapy regimen was performed in 32 patients.,recorded before comprehensive therapy and 1,2,3,6,12 months after the comprehensive treatment of patients,primary data on sex hormone levels,thyroid function,and bone mineral density,then draw the change chart,used the statistical method to arrange and analyze the data,and draw the conclusion.Results:After comprehensive treatment in January,E2 was significantly lower than before treatment.After comprehensive treatment,E2 decreased slightly from January to February.After the comprehensive treatment,E2 was maintained at a low level after February to December.After comprehensive treatment in January FSH,LH increased significantly compared with before treatment.Comprehensive treatment FSH,LH increased slightly after January and maintained a high level to comprehensive treatment after December.After the comprehensive treatment of PRL increased significantly in January.After the comprehensive treatment in February PRL continued to rise,but the magnitude of increase is not as high as in January after comprehensive treatment.After comprehensive treatment from March to June,PRL fell,however,it was still higher than preoperative(normal reference range).After comprehensive treatment in December,PRL showed a downward trend,Although higher than before the treatment,but has returned to the normal range of higher reference value.After the comprehensive treatmen,Prog was at a low level.After comprehensive treatment,T decreased significantly in January.T was maintained at a low level from January to December after combined treatment.After comprehensive treatment from January to March TSH continued to rise before treatment.After comprehensive treatment,TSH began to decline from March to June,but was still higher than that before comprehensive treatment.After comprehensive treatment from June to December TSH continued to decline to the normal reference range.FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4,TPO-Ab had no significant changes before and after combined treatment.Before and after the treatment,BMD continued to decline,after treatment in December and before treatment was significantly changed,a slight decrease in bone mass.Conclusions: After the comprehensive treatment of ovarian epithelial malignant tumor,the sex hormones were inhibited;Thyroid function weakened,with the extension of time function gradually restored;BMD continued to decline,mild osteopenia.Patients can be treated with hormone replacement therapy as early as possible to relieve menopausal syndrome.
