Objective To make sure the diagnostic value of Ki-67,P53 and PTEN inearly gastric cancer,it was detected the content of Ki-67,P53 and PTEN in pathological specimens from patients with early gastric cancer who had sufferedendoscopic surgery in Qinghai area.Methods40 cases ofearly gastric cancer patients were put into the study.The normal tissues,the tissues adjacent to carcinoma and the carcinoma tissues were collected from patients.Immunohistochemical method was used in this experiment.color intensity and the number of positive cells were adopted to judge positive rating.The para-carcinoma tissues were selected from focal edge 2-3.The normal tissues were selected far from focal edge 4-5 cm.The results were analyzed with statistical methods.Results The positive rateof the expression of Ki-67 in normal tissues,para-carcinoma tissues and the cancer tissues were 10%,25% and 47.50% respectively.the expression of P53 were 5%,35% and 55% respectively.PTEN gene expression were 100%,77.50% and 60.00% respectively.there was significantly different in genes expression of different tissues(P<0.05).The pearson correlation coefficient rbetween tissue severity and Ki-67,P53 and PTEN gene expression were 0.343,0.439 and-0.402.It were positively correlated that the expression of P53 and Ki-67 gene increased with the severity of tissues lesion.However,The expression of PTEN gene declined with the severity of the lesion in the tissues which showed a negative correlation.there was no relationship between the expression of P53,Ki-67 gene and gender,age,the degree of differentiation,tumor location(P<0.05).The positive expression of PTEN antigen and the degree of differentiation of gastric cancerwere statistically significant(P<0.05).it was not significantly differentthat the age,sex and the location of gastric cancer related withthe expression of PTEN gene(P>0.05).Using Logistic regression and ROC curve to determine the joint detection value to the diagnosis of early gastric cancer,the results showed that PTEN gene expression levels was better than Ki-67 and P53 gene to predict the possibility of being obtained early gastric cancer(OR=38.561,95%CI: 8.024~ 185.322).It was discovered that joint detection made the ROC curve area under the maximum(P<0.05).It would well know that the joint detection was better than asingle gene to the diagnosis of early gastric cancer.Conclusion The joint detection of Ki-67,P53 and PTEN would improve the diagnostic effect of early gastric cancer.As a result,it could be used in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer.
