The rapid development of oncology has significantly prolonged the survival of cancer patients, and the incidence of spinal metastases has increased year by year. The pain and neurological deficiency caused by spinal metastases significantly degrade the quality of life of patients with spinal metastases. With the development of surgery and other adjuvant therapy, the treatment concept is renewed and the treatment of spinal metastases begins to change positively.Although positive treatment has been shown to help improve the quality of life of patients, domestic and foreign scholars have designed a series of evaluation systems aimed to guide the development of clinical treatment programs, the best treatment of spinal metastases is still unable to achieve agreement. This paper reviews the recent progress in the diagnosis, clinical evaluation system, surgery and other comprehensive treatment of spinal metastases, and summarizes the related clinical literature reports. |
