Objective: In recent years, the incidence of endometrial cancer showed a gradual upward trend, and the incidence of high-income countries is higher than low-income countries.Because of the early treatment of abnormal vaginal bleeding,so that most patients with endometrial cancer diagnosis(75%)belong to stage ?,the prognosis of endometrial cancer is generally well. There is still a lot of controversy as to whether pelvic lymph node dissection is required for stage?endometrioid adenocarcinoma. This study was designed to provide a meaningful reference for the treatment of stage?endometrioid adenocarcinoma by comparing the effects of different surgical mothods on the survival and recurrence of stage?endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of January 2005 to December 2014 period of surgical treatment of stage endometrioid adenocarcinoma in 199 ?patients.According to the different surgical methods are divided into two groups: 88 patients received total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy(A group),111 patients received total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection(B group). The postoperative complications, recurrence rate and survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was statistically significant, and there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate and survival rate between the two groups. Conclusions:For stage?endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients with pelvic lymphadenectomy can help clear the pathological stage, but will increase the incidence of postoperative complications and can not improve the survival rate or reduce the recurrence rate.
