Purpose:This study was to investigate the correlation between the positive rate of lymph nodes and the metastasis and recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma within 2 years after radical resection of lung adenocarcinoma. To predict the survival of lung adenocarcinoma patients from the point of lymph node positive rate, and to increase the accuracy of prediction to solve N The same stage, but the large difference in prognosis provides a useful basis for more accurate assessment of lung adenocarcinoma staging. Methods: From January 2011 to March 2016,67 patients from the affiliated hospital of Qinghai University were selected, and the patients were returned to the hospital for 2 years to record whether the patients had metastatic recurrence and their time during this period.Measurement data using two independent samples t test, count data were compared using chi-square test,P <0.05 represents a statistically significant difference. The ROC curve was used to select the best critical point for LNR and MLN.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the effect of single factor on metastasis and recurrence within 2 years.According to Spss and Medcalc statistical software analysis results and draw the final conclusions. Results: The results of comparison with general data showed that there was no difference in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05).LNR and MLN had influence on the metastasis and recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma within 2 years,P<0.05.There were statistical differences.Through the Kaplan-Meier curve comparison of LNR group, the higher the LNR was,the higher the metastasis and recurrence was.Probably, the greater the MLN,the higher the probability of metastasis recurrence over time in all case numbers by Kaplan-Meier curve comparison of MLN group lines. The ROC curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of two types of lymph node staging(MLN,LNR stages)and to compare different lymph node classification models by calculating the area under the ROC curve.According to the ROC curve of SPSS statistical software, both stages were P<0.05,which was statistically significant, suggesting that the two stages have predictive value for the occurrence of metastasis within 2 years after operation in patients with lung adenocarcinoma. The area under the ROC curve was calculated by Med Calc statistical software. The comparison was statistically significant. The result was P=0.0305<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Compared with MLN,LNR was more valuable for patients with lung adenocarcinoma who had metastasis and recurrence within 2 years after operation. Conclusion: The metastasis and recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma within 2 years is related to MLN and LNR.With the increase of MLN,the shorter the time of metastasis and recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma, the shorter the time of metastasis and recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma with the increase of LNR.However, compared with MLN,LNR has more advantages in predicting the metastasis and recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma within 2 years.LNR can be used as a staging standard for the N2 sub-phase.
