Objective: To analyze the risk factors influencing the prognosis following hip fracture in elderly patients after 1yearMethods: The study included 300 old patients(?65years)who with hip fracture treated in The Third Hospital Of Hebei Medical university from January 2015 to January 2015,they were fellow-up.The clinical data were collected to analyze define risk factors associated with one-year mortality,one-year recovery of hip joint function and one-year recovery of self-care ability. The factors analyze include gender, age, type of fracture, number of complications before injury, therapiesm and on admissiom: leucocyte, erythrocyte, hemoglobin, albumin,BNP,alkaline phosphatase,C-reactive protein, sodium, kalium, fasting blood glucose,calcium,phosphorus,PT,APTT,D-dimer.All the factors divided into two groups,All the factors were dealt with x2 test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results: The factors which significantly affect the one-year mortality(With P < 0.05)include the age, therapies, number of complications before injury, leucocyte, hemoglobin,BNP,albumin,APTT.The factors which significantly affect the one-year recovery of hip joint function(With P<0.05)include the age, therapies, number of complications before injury, leucocyte, erythrocyte, albumin, fasting blood glucose,APTT.The factors which significantly affect the one-year recovery of self-care ability(With P<0.05)include the therapies, number of complications before injury, erythrocyte, hemoglobin, albumin, alkaline phosphatase,C-reactive protein. The multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that The independent risk factors affecting the one-year mortality were the age,BNP,number of complications before injury. The independent risk factors affecting one-year recovery of hip joint function and one-year recovery of self-care ability were the therapies, albumin, number of complications before injury. Conclusion: Multiple factors affect the outcomes of hip fracture in the aged patients,The risk factors include the age, therapies, number of complications before injury, leucocyte, hemoglobin,BNP,albumin,PT,APTT,erythrocyte, fasting blood glucose, alkaline phosphatase,C-reactive protein.we should emphasize the importance of those risk factors,As a result, improvement of cardiac function and treatment of the other medical conditions can reduce the one-year mortality,as far as possible to create the conditions of the surgery and improve nutrition level, treatment of the medical conditions can improve one-year recovery of hip joint function and one-year recovery of self-care ability.
