Study On Chemical Constituents And Pharmacological Activities Of Two Traditional Chinese Medicines

This thesis consists of two chapters: the first chapter is the chemical composition for traditional Chinese medicine Luohanguo and hypoglycemic activity;the second chapter,the study of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of traditional Chinese medicine Eucommia bark.Through the study on the chemical constituents of Fructus Luohanguo extract provided by Rhine Guilin biological Polytron Technologies Inc,were separated and 31 compounds were identified,including cucurbitane type triterpene saponins 20,3 flavonoid glycosides(Momordica Huang Su),5 lignan glycosides,including lignans and its glycosides is found for the first time this plant.The use of bandselective constant time HMBC and bandselective constant time HSQC compound containing more than one sugar unit configuration was determined,by the hydrolysis of cucurbitane triterpenoid saponins of the parent nucleus,and determine its absolute configuration by X-ray single crystal diffraction.Hypoglycemic activity test of related compounds,found that compounds with PGC-1 alpha Transcriptional activity,provides the basis for the hypoglycemic activity of Siraitia grosvenori.The liquid is provided by the Jiangxi pozin Pharmaceutical Group from Eucommia extract,a total of 32 compounds have been isolated and purified from Jiangxi pozin Pharmaceutical Group provides Eucommia lignan compounds,of which 25,3 iridoids,3 phenylpropanoids,alkaloids 1.This study is aimed at Jiangxi pozin Pharmaceutical Group Eucommia extract were isolated and purified.The study found that lignans and its glycosides as the main ingredient,it also provides a basis for the quality control of Eucommia ulmoides.Through the study of two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,we isolated and identified 63 compounds,among them,the main compounds in the fruit are characteristic of the saponins,and 10 new compounds.We have isolated and identified 20 saponins of the three terpenoids,and developed a set of methods for the efficient separation of the saponins from the fruits of the genus.The main compounds of Eucommia ulmoides are lignans and their glycosides,and the compounds of the characteristics are the double tetrahydrofuran lignans and their glycosides,which provide the basis for the quality control of Eucommia ulmoides oliv.We tested the hypoglycemic activity of the compounds in the fruits of Siraitia grosvenorii,and found that the compounds had the activity of PGC-1 alpha Transcriptional.
