Research On Health Status And Health Strategy In Tianjin

Objective: By the Fifth Health Services Survey in Tianjin,the study aims to describe the social health status in Tianjin,including the health level and health distribution of residents,and highlighting the social determinants of health based on the bio-psycho-social medical model.Therefore the improvements of health services and the main health issues in Tianjin can be fixed out.The paper also provides the strategic countermeasures to promote the development of health service system and ensure the realization of health goal by solving the main health issues.Methods: 1 Literature research.The study comprehensively card about the studies on residents' health and the health service demand and utilization at home and abroad.The concept,value and determinants of health,and the theoretical model and determinants of health service demand,which are formulated in the paper,establish the theoretical basis of the thesis.2 Questionnaire.The survey adopts multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling to understand the general situation of the families,the health status health services demands and utilization of the residents in Tianjin from the residents' point of view by Household Health Interview Survey.3 Statistical analysis method.By spss11.5,variance analysis and correlation analysis are used to analyze the data.4 SWOT method.Grounded on the result of the survey and the practical situation in Tianjin,the study represents the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in and outside the health service system by SWOT matrix.It points out the capabilities the system owns to develop by grabbing the opportunities and reduce the threats.Results: On one hand,the chronic noncommunicable diseases has become the most important factors threatening health of the residents in Tianjin across urban and rural regions,especially when there is a doubling prevalence rate of diabetes and hypertension.The severity of diseases in urban areas is higher than that in rural areas.What's worse,combined with the larger aging population in urban areas,the more complex social determinants,and the continuous increasing rate of prevalence of chronic diseases,the economic burden of disease will be heavier in urban areas.On the other,under the situation of the spread of chronic diseases,the change of population structure,and the increase of social economic level,the demand for health services in Tianjin will be aggrandized and the existing health resources will be challenged.Conclusion: Due to limited resources,this article aims at solving the main health problems in Tianjin,by using the existing ability and finding the breakthrough points.It provides strategies to prevent and control the chronic disease,to respond to age structure change,to adjust the health insurance,and to improve the health environmental.The chronic disease prevention and control strategy is based on community health management,make the full use of electronic health records.Attention to elderly health services demand and reproductive needs can help to forecast avoiding risks,and strengthen the health system response capacity.Medical security policy may need adjusting to the multi-level demand.Finally,improving the health environment and promote healthy behaviors is the internal engine to improve the health status in the whole society.
