With the development of the market economy in China, the impact of the market-oriented reform and more and more investment from the social capital, the hospital, as one of the important parts of the industry of the health care, is aiming to pursue the economical efficiency rather than the pursuit of commonweal serving for the citizens simply. Because of the contradiction between the public interest and the personal interest in the business of the health care, there are more and more moral and ethical contradictions and problems caused by the medical staff and happened in the hospital. In addition, the field of the cancer treatment, as the cancer is the most deadly disease against the life and health of the human beings at present all over the world,where the moral and ethical contradictions and problems are more prominent.What's more, due to the changeable medical science and the caner itself, although there are a lot of helpful and supporting works on this topic of the morality and ethics on the cancer treatment, in order to inspire more relevant countermeasures and improvement suggestions for the management and implementation of the cancer treatment in the hospital in our country, this thesis chooses one of the third-grade hospital named F Hospital which is located in Foshan city, Guangdong province as the object of the study to discriminate some more moral and ethical contradictions and problems happened on the cancer treatment in F hospital, which is complicated,time-consuming, expensive and so on, and provide some countermeasures and suggestions for those kinds of incidences with the help from some theory of the economics and ethics including the theory of the asymmetric information, the theory of stakeholder, the theory of the welfare economics and so on. Besides, the author of this thesis wish that there would be more and better researches and countermeasures on solving and even eradicating the moral and ethical contradictions and problems happened on the cancer treatment with the little supplement from this thesis.
