Salmonella is widely distributed and parasitized on most of human and animal,causing human and animal suffering from typhoid fever,diarrhea,gastroenteritis and septicemia and other diseases,and ?-lactam antibiotics are widely used antibiotics,but because of the large number of unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs makes the problem of bacterial resistance is more and more serious,so how to reduce or eliminate bacterial resistance has become a serious problem of facing humanity.In this experiment,by measurement of the size of farms in Guizhou province salmonella isolates of pig origin to ?-lactam antibiotics resistance level and resistant gene distribution,in order to the farms to rational drug used,to provide reference for control of bacterial resistance development,screening of several strains of Salmonella that has the high level of resistance,by determination of inhibitory effect of Chinese medicine on it,find out the antibiotic resistance of Salmonella resistant or plasmid of good medicine,finally,explore the co inhibitory effects of traditional chinese medicine and anti-bacteria medicine,and to provide reference for solving the problem of bacterial resistance and prevention from human and animal infectious diseases.In this study,isolation and identification of 110 strains of salmonella isolates of pig origin from Guiyang city,Liupanshui city,Bijie city of Guizhou province and so on,8 areas of scale of farms,by broth dilution technique and according to CLSI standard,it determined the common ?-lactam antibiotic sensitivity,and through PCR carriers the main resistance gene amplification detection method.The results showed that the strains of ?-lactam antibiotic resistance is very serious,the drug-resistance rate of ceftazidime was 100%,then,ampicillin and amoxicillin were 79.09% and75.54%,the resistance rate is the lowest of ceftiofur was 40.91%,cephalexin was46.15%.110 strains of isolate detection Salmonella the TEM gene rate was 85%,OXA was 75%,CTX-M was 46%,with two kinds of resistance genes have 60%,3kinds of resistance genes was 26%,consistent with the resistance phenotype and genotype drug resistance rate for basically the same.In this case,the scale of pig farms in Guizhou province should be based on the actual situation in accordance with the relevant standards of rational use of drugs,made strict rotation medication program.In vivo R plasmid resistant strains by conjugation,transformation,transduction and so will they carry high resistance to sensitive strains,the resistant bacteria,to reduce or eliminate the bacterial resistance and resistant plasmid,this experiment in the determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration of drug resistant Salmonella by tube double dilution method,deterrminating of the minimal inhibitory concentration traditional Chinese medicine to Salmonella,and screening of better bacteriostasis effect of traditional,Chinese medicine,eliminate the use of good antibacterial effects of traditional Chinese medicine for drug resistance and plasmid,the results showed that five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine has a certain effect on bacteria resistant plasmid Salmonella.The elimination Galla Chinesis and Scutellaria on Salmonella drug resistance elimination effect is better.the role of 24 h,the highest removal rate of resistant strains respectively 23.3%,15.3%,average removal rates were 14.7%,9.9%,48 h,Galla Chinesis and Scutellaria average resistance plasmid elimination has increased,but the effect is not obvious,The average removal rate was 15.6%,10.8%.10 strains of Salmonella containing 3plasmids,the different effects of traditional Chinese medicine,eliminating sub appeared 0 to 3 plasmid bands.,loss of different traditional Chinese medicine to eliminate different strains of plasmid bands,which eliminate the effect of Galla Chinesis and Scutellaria were good.Eliminating respectively after 10 times,20 times,30 times after passage,no selective pressure of antimicrobial resistance Salmonella drug,the MIC value had no significant changes,the results showed that the loss of resistance after elimination of sensitive antibiotics are stable.The performance of traditional Chinese medicine and antibiotics combined with test results showed that 3strains of Salmonella most strains showed additive effect combined with ceftazidimeand five kinds of Chinese minority is independent,no antagonism,synergism among and gallnut used together,indicating that both can be combined with improved antibacterial effect,This also provides a theoretical basis for the combination of drug...
