Frontal lobe tumor is a common intracranial tumor,mostly can lead to cognitive impairment and early loss of neurologic function.In recent years,with the development of cognitive psychology,physiological function of the frontal and symptoms caused by frontal lobe lesion have been the further studied,but it still lack a more comprehensive understanding about frontal patients' cognitive impairment and the study of local area change.The functional magnetic resonance imaging based on the blood oxygenation level dependent is a non-invasive technology with high temporal and spatial resolution and good repeatability,and it is an important tool to research on brain science and bioscience.Resting state functional MRI has been widely used in the study of neurological lesions of the brain,because it can be more easily accepted by neuropsychiatric patients without intricate experiment designing and stimulating.The aim of our research is to analyze the change of brain function about patients with frontal lobe tumor by analyzing the resting state fMRI data from functional segmentation and functional integration,then combine with clinical cognition test results to investigate the physiological mechanism of cognitive impairment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Amplitude of low frequency fluctuation(ALFF)and function connectivity density(FCD)were used to investigate patients with frontal lobe tumor,and the changes of brain cognitive were analyzed from spontaneous activity of neurons and brain function connection.As compared to the controls,the brain region of patients with frontal lobe tumor in spatial attention function and auditory-verbal function were significantly different.The results indicated that the temporal and insula which in the auditory-verbal functions area were affected by the frontal lobe tumor,and there is function restructuring phenomenon in the temporal lobe.2.In order to discuss the clinical cognitive impairment from clinical cognitive performance,we divided patients into normal and abnormal groups used of clinical cognitive tests and then used ALFF and function connectivity density FCD to do analysis.The results showed that the brain region of spatial attention function and visual processing function were significantly different.The results indicated that the cognitive impairment might be caused by the change of visual processing function or visual memory function.In this paper,the change of information interaction in different brain between functional integration and functional differentiation in patients with frontal lobe tumor was analyzed by GCA analysis method.The cognitive impairment mechanism of patients was analyzed by directed network.The possible brain compensatory mechanism in patients with frontal lobe tumor was discovered according to the clinical cognitive test evaluation.
