Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome With Jia Wei Zhenwu Decoction Combined With Glucocorticoid

Objective: The main purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction combined with glucocorticoid therapy in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome,and to explore the new methods and treatment mechanism of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods: 60 cases of outpatients and inpatients from Tianjin Third Central Hospital and Tianjin Quanjian Cancer Hospital were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Clinical observation,each group of 30 cases.The control group of patients given Western glucocorticoid treatment,drug selection prednisone acetate1 mg / kg.d morning meal.The treatment group in the control group based on hormone therapy to add flavor Zhenwu decoction 150 ml twice a day oral,treatment for 30 days.To observe the two groups of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,Chinese medicine symptoms(edema,aversion to cold,etc.),24-hour urine protein quantitative,plasma albumin,blood total cholesterol,blood triglycerides and other clinical laboratory indicators Change the situation,the two groups of patients after treatment of clinical efficacy were compared to assess the safety of drugs and adverse reactions.Results:(1)Clinical comprehensive curative effect: 8 cases were completely relieved in the clinical observation group,11 cases were effective,6 cases were effective,5cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%,6 cases were completely relieved in the control group,The total effective rate was 63.3%,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the clinical treatment between the two groups was significantly different(p <0.05).(2).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 76.67% and 56.7% respectively,and the TCM group of TCM treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P <0.05),and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 76.67% and56.7% The therapeutic effect was more significant(p<0.05)than in the control group.(3).The levels of urinary protein in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of urinary protein in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)There were significant differences in the treatment group was superior to the treatment group.(4).The two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups after treatment of blood TC(TG).TC(TG)changes were significantly different,the treatment group than the control group.(5)safety,the two groups in the course of treatment were not allergic,liver and kidney damage and other adverse reactions and drug side effects,indicating that Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction in the clinical safer and effective,no adverse reactions.Conclusion: After the clinical observation confirmed that Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome is superior to the control group,can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,to maintain glomerular filtration membrane stability,improve plasma albumin,regulate lipid metabolism disorders,Improve the body resistance to disease.Clinical drug safety,no adverse reactions occur,it is worthy of clinical application.
