Objective:the earth work of Zhuang culture combined with western medicine scheme evaluation in treating primary nephrotic syndrome clinical curative effect,to carry out effective evaluation in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with combined treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome and lessen the effects of hormones and drugs for the symptomatic side reaction of.Methods:This study in clinical collected with TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of primary nephrotic syndrome patients in 60 cases,were randomly assigned to two groups,treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups were according to the illness needs to give sugar cortical hormone,immune inhibitors and non specific treatment based on Western medicine,treatment group were treated with earthwork of Zhuang culture on the basis of conventional treatment of Western medicine,treatment for 3 months.Observed before and after treatment of individual signs,clinical response and the symptoms and signs were quantified score,and to detect the dynamic changes of related indicators;to observe the incidence of adverse reactions caused by glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants in the treatment process;finally,the evaluation index of near bed effect.Results:patients enrolled in the study in accordance with spleen and kidney deficiency type between the primary nephrotic syndrome,the experimental group and the control group the indicators no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the overall effect is better than the control group(P<0.05);improve the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine was better than the control group(P<0.05);decrease urine protein level(P<0.05),significantly increased the content of plasma albumin(P<0.01);significantly lower blood total cholesterol,three glycerol ester,low density lipoprotein,D two dimers of four blood level(P<0.05);the blood serum creatinine,urea nitrogen content had no significant effect(P>0.05);western medicine can significantly reduce the induced type of Cushing syndrome,irritability and insomnia,infection,hypertension,rebound and adverse reaction rates(P<0.05)could significantly increase the immune serum;immunoglobulin IgA and IgG(P<0.05),had no effect on IgM(P>0.05);T cell subsets CD3,CD4 number was significantly increased(P<0.05),had no effect on the number of CD8(P>0.05),increased significantly High CD4/CD8 ratio(P<0.05).Conclusion:Earthwork of Zhuang culture combined with western medicine has increased in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome clinical curative effect,at the same time,it can reduce the western medicine in the treatment of toxic side effects.
