Potential risks of people health around industrial activity has been a hot issue in environmental science research.Particularly,with the rapid economic development of China,in order to enhance coal added value and create greater economic benefits,development activities in coal resources city has a negative effect on the surrounding environment quality and is a potential influencing factor of surrounding residents health risks.Therefore,this project makes a systematic study of potential health risks of industry surrounding people,based on the coal resource city in Heilongjiang Province and taking typical coking enterprises as the research object.so that we can provide scientific guidance to the coal resource cities in the process of development and construction,which can not only obtain greater economic benefits,but also ensure the health of the residents without damage.This paper firstly analyzes environmental influence factors of typical production process for coking enterprises based on the "four steps" of health risk assessment,which can determine the types and strength of risk factors and explore the connection of environment pollutant concentration level and enterprises emission intensity,then through the combination of qualitative and quantitative to assess health risks of residents surrounding coking enterprises from breathing,drinking,skin contact and so on.The result shows the different exposure ways have big differences on the surrounding crowd health effects and breath is the main way that can affect the health of this region population,besides,the contribution of risk factors are different and carcinogen factor Ba P has the biggest effect.Secondly,using the scenario analysis and mathematical model prediction method on the basis of different enterprise development mode,this paper research health risks change trend may caused by future development plan of the enterprise.The research result shows that the development of coking industry as the main line and increase capacity model of development,Ba P emissions intensity increase with the increase in coking production,will cause the regional level improvement of Ba P exposure concentration in the air,the crowd health risk around the enterprises will increase significantly.For companies design and development of coal chemical industry chain downstream production costs,stability and light hydrocarbon synthetic ammonia etc as the developing mode of cleaning chemicals,since the process of production does not produce Ba P and other harmful factors,the enterprise value despite the increased health risk to people but hasn't changed too much.Due to the crowd health risk around the coking enterprises is closely related tothe way of coking enterprises exhaust emission,and the as a result of a combination of multiple environmental factors.In order to judge the region health risk value more intuitively,this study establishes comprehensive health risk assessment model and implements environment comprehensive assessment of the potential risk to people health,through considering the regional lifestyle,determining the weights of evaluation indexes through the Analytic Hierarchy Process on the basis of constructing evaluation index system.The results show that the atmospheric exposure approach weight is much higher than other exposed ways,and have scientific guidance to avoid and reduce the health risk around coking enterprises.
