ObjectiveTo explore the male rabbit sacral spinal motor evoked potentials and bulbocavernosus reflex changes in correlation characteristics of different degree of spinal cord ischemia injury animal model of acute and sacral pathological damage.Method36 New Zealand white rabbits male rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups,the control group(n=6)during surgery only do lumbar artery separation,used to eliminate the effects of anesthesia and surgery on BCR and SMEP;the experimental group were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=6)operation along the tail head direction respectively to identify the left renal artery and artery bifurcation between different the level of the lumbar artery,lumbar artery ligation and cut separation,coagulation.SMEP 2H was recorded continuously after ligation of the vessels,and the BCR wave of 2H and 2D after vascular ligation were recorded,and the changes of SMEP and BCR waveforms were analyzed.In anesthesia and vascular ligation 2D motor function score,2D after ischemic spinal cord specimens were hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining,observe the pathological changes of the sacral spinal cord.Correlation analysis between SMEP and BCR in the experimental group before and after the ligation of blood vessels and the ratio of the amplitude of the pathological slices after the ligation of 2D.ResultSMEP: there was no change of SMEP waveform in the 1 groups.In the ligation of 2,3,4,and the of the 5 groups,the latency of SMEP was prolonged and the amplitude was decreased.The amplitude of each group before and after the ligation was gradually stabilized and the variance was analyzed by variance analysis,P<0.05.BCR: the amplitude of BCR before and after the 1 groups did not change significantly before and after ligation,different time points were analyzed by analysis of variance P > 0.05,there was no significant difference between 2 groups,3 root root ligation group,4 group and 5 group after ligation of the root amplitude decreased,P < 0.05 analysis at different time points by amplitude difference in each group before and after ligation,the difference was statistically significant.The incubation period of BCR in 1 groups before and after ligation did not change obviously,the 2 root group after ligation ligation see latency,1 root group,2 root group before and after ligation at different time points were analyzed by analysis of variance P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;3 group after ligation of prolonged latency before and after different time points after ligation analysis of variance and P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;4 male rabbits ligation group disappeared;ligation of 5 root group all male rabbit waveform disappeared.Correlation analysis: the amplitude of SMEP was positively correlated with the degree of pathological damage of spinal cord after 2d,r=0.939,P < 0.01,Pearson > 0.8.ConclusionThe SMEP and BCR wave of male rabbit sacral spinal cord ischemic injury sensitive,Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation with the amplitude changes of sacral spinal cord lesion.
