Objective:Clear knee arthroplasty compression effects of nursing knee extension actively to promote the functional recovery of the patients;Develop a kind of balloon compression fixation device prevented and treated residual disorder after total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in order to provide a good and effective tool for clinical nursing care and rehabilitation of patients.Methods:1.Retrospective analysis 159 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in a 3-A Grade hospital from the year of 2011 to 2015 was selected to explore the influence of different compression mode on the patients with residual disorder after total knee arthroplasty and objectively evaluate the deficiencies of existing nursing equipment as the basis of this study.2.Measurement of geometric parameters of knee joint Adults with mature and normal skeleton admitted to the hospital from May to July in 2016 were selected,including 100 cases of men and 100 cases of women each leg.The external morphology of the knee joint was measured and the geometric parameters were recorded,which provided the data for the development of the new device.3.Design of balloon compression fixation device On the basis of the geometric parameters of knee joints,a new type of compression fixation device was designed used the previous theory of joint contracture as sources of references and analyzed to monitor the clinical usefulness.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS17.0,quantitative data using(` X + S,qualitative data using rate and constituent ratio;with count data c2 or Fisher exact test,non parametric test;measurement data using t test,P < 0.05 considered statistically significant.Results:1.Retrospective analysis There was a significant difference between compressing or not for preventing and treating patients with knee extension disorder after total knee replacement.Compression of the upper part of the body after surgery can reduce the incidence of knee extension disorder.2.There was no difference in the geometric parameters of the knee joint of the same gender.There were significant differences in geometric parameters of knee joint between different genders.Therefore,gender differences should be distinguished in the device design.3.Based on the measurement results of geometric parameters of knee joint and the principle of static progressive stretching,a type of knee compression device is designed from a new point of view.The device used balloon to carry out the compression of the knee to ensure the uniform stress on the contact surface of the joint and the pressure gauge communicated with the air bag can display the effect of the air bag on the knee force in real time;In accordance with personal pain tolerance in patients,increase the pressure gradually,and ultimately to achieve the purpose of full knee extension.Conclusion:The balloon compression fixation device is easy to monitor,convenient to supervise and very comfortable.It can reduce pain in patients for rehabilitation after TKA,and ultimately to achieve the purpose of full knee extension.
