Prevalence And Risk Prediction Of Stroke Among Residents Aged Over 40 Years Old In Lvliang

Objective:To understand the risk factors of stroke risk factors,the prevalence and the distribution characteristics of stroke in Lvliang residents aged over 40 years,and to predict the risk of stroke in the residents over 40 years old.Methods:In this study,the urban and rural residents aged over 40 years old in Lvliang City were selected as the research object,strictly followed the asks of the national health assessment committee for prevention of stroke--stroke screening and intervention project.Using the interview questionnaire,the risk of screening at high risk for stroke was carried out one by one.The high risk population was screened and the data of family life,family history,past medical history,laboratory examination and neck vascular ultrasound were obtained.We use the frequency method and other methods to analyze the basic descriptive statistical analysis.We use the t-test to analyze the mean and the chi-square test to analyze the rate or composition ratio difference between two or more groups.Test level ?= 0.05,P <0.05 is statistically significant.Results:The prevalence of stroke in Lvliang residents over 40 years old is 3.21%.Among them,the male is 3.64%;female is 2.80%;the prevalence rate of male is higher than that of female;the peak age is 70~79 years old.The top three risk factors for stroke are sports lack,smoking and hypertension.With the increase of the year,the prevalence rate ofmale and female stroke is increasing year by year.The incidence rate of 54-85 years old people with high risk of stroke in Lvliang is12.82% in the next 10 years.10 years average stroke risk of male is 16.94%;the average risk women is 8.95%;male is higher than female;the average urban risk is 14.07%;the average rural risk is 11.70%.Conclusion:The prevalence of stroke in residents over 40 years old in Luliang City is higher than the national level.The prevalence rate of male is higher than that of female,and all of them increased year by year.The top three risk factors for stroke are sports lack,smoking and hypertension,which are different from those in the whole country.The risk of high risk of stroke among 54-85 years old people in Lvliang city in the next 10 years is higher than that in male,and the average risk is higher than that in rural areas.
