Objectives:In this article at home and abroad in recent years,the medical group(hereinafter referred to as the medical couplet body)to study the theory and practice,summarize of couplet of medical mode and system construction,development and restriction factor.Within a 3 armour hospital in Shanxi Province couplet of two same management mode of different regional medical hospital as an example,its building mode,operation mechanism,the concrete practice,operation results,social evaluation of carding and sum up,around medical couplet body hosted mode under the environment of existing problems in the process of construction and development,the advantages and disadvantages in the same pattern research and analysis the effect of different regions put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to improve the medical conjoined hosted mode of operation and management level,the medical service ability,provide a new perspective of the social economic benefits.Methods:The paper analyses the present situation of the medical association at home and abroad,and summarizes the theory and practice.Questionnaire investigation,using simple random sampling method to patients and medical personnel questionnaire investigation and relevant data,to understand people's cognition and evaluation,the result of the questionnaire with SPSS18.0 software for statistical analysis.The field interview method,which combines the typical questions of the questionnaire to the key people,analyzes the relevant factors of the medical association pattern from the organization and the individual level.Statistical analysis method,a retrospective survey of couplet of medical hospital medical indicators(including this number,the number of hospital,surgical cases,mortality,sickbed utilization rate,average such confinement,all outpatient expenses,hospitalization expenses,etc),to create an Excel database for statistical analysis.Results:Q hospital outpatient and emergency visits grew 266.59%,operation number growth 73.18%,the cure rate increased by 6.5%,the recovery increases by 6.3%,the rescue success rate fell by 7.3%,patient satisfaction increases by 6.9%,the employee satisfaction increased 5.3%.B hospital outpatient and emergency visits grew 19.23%,operation number growth 49.99%,cure the recovery increases by 0.3%,the rescue success rate increases by 21.1%,the employee satisfaction increased 0.5%.Regardless of couplet of medical reform measures,or from the work load,work efficiency,quality of treatment,social benefit indexes can be clear that the two couplet of couplet of medical hospital in medical comprehensive benefit are improved after the reform,and because of the geographical advantage of regional medical couplet body,reform benefit most obvious ascension.Conclusions:Through government support and resource subsidence in the process of medical association,it is finally achieved through building mechanism and strong base.Within the same region medical association due to the relationship between ownership and asset attributes,is easier to set up with technology and knowledge transfer,is easier to direct communication between doctors and patients,the big hospital is willing to let go,the primary hospital can catch.And the trans-regional medical association is beneficial to the people through a series of beneficial explorations,improving the system construction of the medical association.Only by strengthening the medical skill level of the medical staff at the grass-roots level,and improving the overall clinical capacity of the primary level,can the medical association be promoted and deepened in the present environment.
