The Efficacy Analysis Of Bone Graft In The Operative Treatment Of Displaced Intraarticular Calcaneal Fractures

Objective:Through the contrast efficacy analysis of Bone Graft in the Operative Treatment of Displaced Intraarticular Calcaneal Fractures,provide reference for the choice of clinical treatment.Methods:Collecting the 62 patients with Displaced Intraarticular Calcaneal Fractures(fractures according to the Sanders classification typeⅡ-Ⅳ)treated by ORIF from January 2013 to January 2015,they were divided into 2 groups:Bone graft group(group Y),a total of 31 cases,29 cases of men and women in 2 cases,age from 19 to 59 years old,the average(40.39 ± 11.72)years,pure right calcaneal fractures in 17 cases,left 14 cases,Sanders Ⅱ 11 cases,Ⅲ type 17 cases,type Ⅳ 3 cases,No Bone graft group(group N)31 cases,28 cases of men,women 3 cases,aged from 17 to 66,the average(42.97 ± 14.44)years,and just the right 19 cases,the left side of the 12 cases,Sanders Ⅱ 13 cases,type Ⅲ 16 cases,type Ⅳ 2 cases.the data were analyzed retrospectively,compared the differences between two groups of patients in the postoperative complications such as bleeding,infection,traumatic arthritis,fracture healing,Bohler Angle changes and AOFAS.Results:All patients received regular follow-up for 1 to 24 months,The postoperative bleeding of Bone graft group was(124.80±78.20)ml,there were 3 case of incision infection,0 traumatic arthritis,The time of fracture healing time was 6~12 weeks,average(10.13±1.67)weeks,The Bohler Angle of 6 months after surgery was(24.25±0.98)°,The mean score of AOFAS in last follow-up was(90.48±7.63),The excellent and good rate of the group was 93.55%.In the group of No Bone graft,The postoperative bleeding was(223.07±123.45)ml,there were 1 case of incision infection,2 case of traumatic arthritis,The time of fracture healing time was 6 ~ 12 weeks,average(10.05±1.70)weeks,The Bohler Angle of 6 months after surgery was(18.77±1.67)°,The mean score of AOFAS in last follow-up was(88.23±6.89),The excellent and good rate of the group was 87.10%.There was no obious meaning in the fracture healing time、complications of incision and traumatic arthritis((49)>0.05),there was significant difference in postoperative bleeding、the Bohler Angle of 6 months after surgery and score of AOFAS((49)<0.05).Conclusion:In the Operative Treatment of Displaced Intraarticular Calcaneal Fractures,generally,bone graft may not be necessarily,if the patients can not recover well,bone graft shoud be applied.But in clinical work,the treatment plan shoud according to the specific condition and all related factors of patients.
