Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia (Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Pushen Capsule Combined With Atorvastatin

Objective:By observing the treatment of hyperlipidemia(blood stasis type)by the combination of Pushen capsules and atorvastatin,promoting the efficacy and safety of the method in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.To provide a more effective and safe clinical treatment regimen for clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 120 cases of hyperlipidemia patients who were selected from outpatient department and inpatient department of Department of Cardiology and Neurology of The General Hospital of Jincheng Coal Group.They were randomly divided into A,B and C groups.Group A: the use of atorvastatin calcium tablets(Lipitor Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.)10mg,qn,once 10 mg,oral before going to bed,combined with Pushen capsule(Jiangsu Suzhong Haixin Pharmaceutical limited Responsible company)0.25 g,tid,once 4 capsules,postprandial oral;Group B: given oral administration of atorvastatin calcium tablets(Lipitor Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.)10mg,qn,once10 mg,oral before going to bed;C group: given Pushen Capsule(Jiangsu Suzhong Haixin Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.)0.25 g,tid,once 4 capsules,oral administration.The observation time is 8 weeks.(Total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,apolipoprotein A,apolipoprotein B)were measured before and after treatment,and the changes of Chinese medicine symptoms(blood stasis: dizziness,headache,Chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation,limb numbness,irritability,facial dark black,dark purple lip,dark purple or dark red or petechiae tongue,sluggish pulse or knotted pulse or intermittent pulse or pulselessness)were observed,and test Blood,liver and kidney function,check the electrocardiogram,observe the occurrence of adverse reactions during the test to assess the safety of drugs.After the observation,the data were analyzed and analyzed with SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:1.Analysis of clinical symptoms In this study,we observed 11 major symptoms associated with blood stasis syndrome(dizziness,headache,Chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation,limb numbness,irritability,facial dark black,dark purple lip,dark purple or dark red or petechiae tongue,sluggish pulse or knotted pulse or intermittent pulse or pulselessness).After 8 weeks of treatment,the three groups improved the above 11 symptoms.The total effective rates of group A and group C were 84.6% and 87.2% respectively.The effective rates were43.6% and 46.2% respectively.Compared with group B(total effective rate 52.5%,effective rate 22.5%),the differences were statistically(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between group A and group C(P>0.05).The results showed that the combination of ataxylatin and pushen capsule and alone pushen capsules had a good effect on the symptoms of hyperlipidemia(blood stasis syndrome),and the improvement of symptoms was better than that of atorvastatin alone.2.Analysis of the efficacy of blood lipids The results showed that comparison of blood lipids before and after treatment of A,B and C groups:TC,TG and LDL-c,Apo-B were decreased and HDL-c,Apo-A was increased,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).It was suggested that the combination of atorvastatin and pushen capule or atorvastatin alone or pushen capule alone could reduce the levels of TC,TG and LDL-c,simultaneously increase the levels of HDL-c,but the effects of Apo-A and Apo-B were not obvious.The total effective rates of the three groups were 94.9%,77.5% and 74.4% respectively.Group A was compared with group B and C,respectively,the differences were statistically(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).Indicating that the combination of two drugs with lipid-lowering effect was significantly better than atorvastatin alone or pushen capule alone,the lipid-lowering effect of pushen capule with that of atorvastatin is fairly.Compared the levels of TC,LDL-c,Apo-B after treatment of the three groups,there were significant differences between group A and group C,group B and group C(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of reducing TC,LDL-c,Apo-B of combination of two drugs or atorvastatin alone was significantly better than of pushen capule alone.Compared the levels of TG after treatment of the three groups,there were significant differences between group A and group B,group C and group B(P<0.01),indicating that the efficacy of reducing TG of combination of two drugs or pushen capule alone was significantly better than of atorvastatin alone.Compared the levels of HDL-c,Apo-A after treatment of the three groups,there were significant differences between group A and group B,group A and group C(P<0.01),indicating that the efficacy of increasing HDL-c,Apo-A of combination of two drugs was significantly better than of atorvastatin alone or pushen capule alone.3.Safety evaluation During the clinical trial,the three groups had no adverse symptoms;three groups before and after treatment of blood and liver and kidney function and other indicators,no abnormal changes;three groups before and after treatment ECG changes were not obvious.It is suggested that the safety of combination of atorvastatin and pushen capule is similar to that of atorvastatin alone or pushen capule alone.Conclusion:Pushen capsule combination of atorvastatin can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients.The efficacy of reducing TC,LDL-c,Apo-B of combination of two drugs was significantly better than of pushen capule alone.The efficacy of reducing TG of combination of two drugs was significantly better than of atorvastatin alone.The efficacy of increasing HDL-c,Apo-A of combination of two drugs was significantly better than of atorvastatin alone or pushen capule alone.The safety of combination of atorvastatin and pushen capule is similar to that of atorvastatin alone or pushen capule alone.
