| Objective To evaluate the effectiveness about Pushen capsule(Polygonum multiflorum,cattail pollen,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum wallichii,Radix paeoniae rubra,Hawthorn,Rhizoma alismatis,Codonopsis pilosula)in the treatment of coronary heart disease(stagnation of phlegm and stasis)and hyperlipidemia patients.Methods The 105 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into Control group with 35 cases,treatment group 70 cases,both received 20mg QN Atorvastatin,the treatment group was added with Pushen Capsules.The two groups were given conventional antiplatelet agents,vasodilator coronary heart disease based medication,treatment related adverse reactions of drugs,symptom scores change of 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after lipid levels.Results:12 weeks after the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89%,while the control group was 71%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);4 weeks,8 weeks and 12weeks after the treatment,both group of Total cholesterol(TC),three triacylglycerol(TG),Low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),symptom scores decreased when compared with that before the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),TG and symptom scores in treatment group decreased more than control group,in 12 weeks,the LDL-C decreased more than control group.Conclusion Based on Western medicine standardized treatment,plus Pusen capsule,can reduce the symptom of angina pectoris patients significantly,decrease the phlegm TCM syndrome score;especially combind with Atorvastatin has an excellent clinical efficacy in treating patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia and doesn't increasing drug-related adverse reactions. |
